Brilliant service , our train was delayed and he waited on us .. it was brilliant just what we needed after a long wait for our train to know we were just 5 mins up the road !! Really friendly and chatty if I could give 10 stars I would

I do not understand why you have an app which allows you to pre book taxis for a specific time when they don’t turn up on time. The drivers are only notified of your booking at the time the booking is at so there is no way they will be there on time. Drivers are always nice enough, but the app and service are a nightmare. This has happened at least 4 times and I will not be using this taxi company again.

The old App confirmed by text also when booking for an airport pickup asked for flight Number this enabled the flight be tracked for any delays etc
Password reset doesn’t work
I deleted the old app for the new, asked me to sign in, couldn’t remember password, says my email is not registered- it is, guess I’ll try create a new account, but it will lose all my saved places re pick up points and drop offs :-(
Booked two hours in advance to go to work
Utterly useless and incompetent booked a taxi for 2125 to go to work and watched the app to find no taxi, phoned at 2127 to get a moron saying we need to wait for cars to clear, I queried how much notice they needed to have a car clear after 2 hours notice, they said I was abusive and cancelled my booking, so to summarise if you need a taxi at a time to be somewhere else also at a time you should NEVER involve this incompetent shambles as they regard pick up time as something to suit them

I preferred the older version of the app as it told you how much the fare was going to roughly cost. If this function was to come back it would be an amazing app.
