I have close to 500 points that are close to expiring and Apple is not allowing me to download the app without entering payment information. That doesn’t seem to make any sense to me.

Botox v/s surgery
I have an issue with my right eyelid as I approached my 50’s with it resting on my eye lashes. Was contemplating having eye surgery. Was talking about this with one of my daughters that was already experimenting with Botox. She had suggested for me to try this first before I do such an invasive thing by going under the knife messing with my eyes. When I say this has been a life changer for me is an understatement. Not only has it helped my eye but also cured any headaches that I had previously gotten and has improved my appearance by 15 yrs younger. Botox is amazing. 4 Ever Young Ft Lauderdale, 12/17/25
Today’s visit to 4 Ever Young, Ft Lauderdale was excellent. First time with provider Lori who recommended hyaluronic fillers for chin and jaw. The difference was immediate!

Why are people so willing to waive their right to medical privacy just to score some rewards? The App tells you they collect this information and share it and you must acknowledge and agree your sensitive info will not be protected by HIPAA. I wanted to decline but accidentally hit the wrong button on the next screen. I’m a doctor. I would never agree to share my medical information. They make it very hard to cancel your account. You can’t do it in the app. You must “request” they do it for you. They will not communicate with you. They will not acknowledge they’ve processed your request. This is a terrible business model. Professionally I will never condone nor work with this company. Keep your rewards Alle. I’ll pay full price before I sell myself to you.

Used to be the game, now just a player…
When Botox was the game, they could afford to behave the way they insist on behaving… now not so much. You too can switch to another option, and receive actual customer service. Allē continued to not add my points, and claim system errors, with no recourse. Now the choices for injectables are a plenty, and you don’t have to put up with mediocrity. 17 years of loyalty from me, and I happily jumped companies when the new options work with less side effects, and better customer service. Get it together Allē.

Horrible Customer Service
Their recent promotion broke their website. There were so many technical difficulties, including my order not going through. I took a screen shot of the screen that incorrectly said I wasn’t eligible because I had already purchased the promotion. I contacted customer service and sent them the screen shot. They apologized for the “frustration caused by their technical difficulties” but refused to honor the promotion and allow me to complete the purchase of my gift card. Their promotions are like a Black Friday sale at the mall used to be… you have to fight for the privilege of spending your money with them. Worst customer service!!

Terrible customer service
I’m will never use alle again. I was unaware that my points expire, and I had $80 worth disappear. I called customer care, and they said they would do $20 as a curtesy. Something about you only have a certain amount of time to ask for a refund of your points. I was unaware of any of this. I requested they refunded all since I had to spend a lot of money in order to receive those points and was never told any of that (whoever signs you up should lead with hey these expire). The representative said I would be having a manager contact me. I never had anyone reach out and never got the $20 refunded. Awful

The app does not work for me. My coupon does not show up and it always gives me an error saying having a hard time pulling your information. I give it a one star at best

The rewards program isn’t great. To you don’t really get anything good for being an A list member. Just a little money off. They changed it last year so you could use points for filler but then changed it back right away before I could use my points.

False Reward Baiting
Company sent out a gift card email falsely claiming that users were given two $50 gift cards into their Allē wallet. I opened the app to see if I had one because I recently purchased a service. No such gift card and got an email today about the mishap
Bait and switch
I was given a $100 off coupon when I first signed up. I went to use the coupon and the site frozen and reloaded and the coupon switched to a $20 off one. I had screenshot the coupon, so I emailed customer service and showed them the coupon. They said the coupon said “up to $100” even though it very clearly did not. Customer service was dismissive and I lost out on $80.

With the latest update, all of my redemption offers completely disappeared. It also is not reflecting my purchases correctly when I buy SkinMedica product.
