Don’t buy gift cards
Very difficult to use gift cards. This is the second time that I have had great difficulty using a gift card and have worked with the provider many times to try to get this bill. Last year I bought $150 gift card that I had to essentially forgo because it didn’t end up showing in the system

Misleading discounts
To get your attention, this app will notify you of a $25 credit and then charge you a $12 "service fee". So in the end it's really only an $8 discount. Alle, just say $8 discount.
can’t download
I have close to 500 points that are close to expiring and Apple is not allowing me to download the app without entering payment information. That doesn’t seem to make any sense to me.
