Ärzte haben keinen Zugriff

Mein Hausarzt ist eingetragen, kann aber meine Daten nicht hochladen. Ferner sind andere Ärzte, wie z. B. Augenärzte nicht auffindbar. Diese App ist oft nicht aufrufbar, weil die Authentifizierung nicht klappt. Das gesamte Konstrukt ist unausgereift und nicht nutzbar.
Die Antwort des Entwicklers ist wohl die Theorie, leider sieht die Praxis anders aus, derartige Aufsteller mit QR-Code gibts nicht.

Hallo, wenn Arztpraxen keinen Zugriff auf die ePA haben, liegt es in der Regel am Praxisverwaltungssystem. Es muss ein QR-Code vorhanden sein, z.B. mittels Aufsteller in der Praxis. Mit Ihrer ePA-App auf Ihrem Smartphone scannen Sie den QR-Code und machen damit den Online-Check-In, nur so kann die Arztpraxis auf Ihre ePA zugreifen. Ihr Allianz ePA-Team.

Nach Anlaufschwierigkeiten okay

Bei der Einrichtung ging es anfangs nicht ohne Fehler. Meine Emailadresse der Patientenakte musste mühsam mit Hilfe des Supports angepasst werden. Aber das ist jetzt Geschichte. Ich freue mich nun auf eine gute Benutzererfahrung.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Ihnen die ePA und ggf. das eRezept künftig einen Mehrwert bieten. Weitere Anwendungen sind übrigens bereits in Planung, wie das Einlösen eines deutschen Rezeptes innerhalb der EU oder die elektronische Arztrechnung. Ihr Allianz ePA-Team.

Es funktioniert nicht

Ich gehe hier auf „meine Patientenakte“ doch dann soll ich erst das Gerät verknüpfen, also mein Smartphone (was ich doch bereits getan habe?!). Anschließend werde ich aufgefordert, einen Registrierungscode einzugeben (nicht den von mir selbst festgelegten App Code!). Dieser wäre mir angeblich auf meine E-Mail-Adresse gesendet worden, aber davon findet sich keine Spur. Auch eine Option „erneut senden“ findet sich nicht. Wer soll sich mit sowas zurechtfinden? Absolut in akzeptabel. Und das bei so einer teuren Krankenversicherung…
