Promotional 10% Saving
App rejected 10% saving for first time use and rejected 10% Labor Day purchase within 48 hours. Either app is not set up to capture savings or savings advertisements are misleading. I expect corrections and total of 20% to be applied to my billing.

Got a broken mirror and won’t replace it!
When I got my broken mirror it was evident so we didn’t open it. I sent it back immediately and called and notified them and ordered a replacement and it’s been in limbo for over 2 weeks. I’ve emailed, called, texted and nothing. So I’m now reordering a new one. Hoping this one makes it here but after this I probably won’t ever buy anything here again.

Faux plants and two-tone baskets
the items I have purchased from All Modern are excellent! The quality of the faux green plant (can’t remember the name) is continually mistaken for real. I love it. The pot I put it in is my all time favorite: green with a black arch and the gold “rainbow“ arcs is gorgeous. I look forward to receiving the 3 basket set—the colors look beautiful online and should be perfect in the main bathroom.

I just purchased a queen bed frame. The add said I could get an extra 25% off with code GET25 at checkout but there is no place to place input GET25. Very frustrating. Does that mean I don’t get the extra 25% off. I won’t use All Modern again if that isn’t corrected on my PayPal account.
Size filtering has been broken for weeks
If I try to set depth, width, or height filters the validation logic won’t accept any numbers other than “0”. This is the same in the Wayfair app.

Update doesn’t allow you to apply filters- it says back and there’s no apply.
Fraud Product Representation
I reviewed two products I bought on AllModern. One got 5 stars, the other got 1 star. They showed my 5 star review, and aren’t showing my 1 star review.
Products Are Trash; No Support
Ordered an $80 small lamp here and the switch failed in just under two months. AllModern refuses to replace the lamp, saying their warranty only goes to 30 days. They don’t stand behind their products at all. Do not buy any furniture from this app if you expect it to be high quality and work long term, because the quality is terrible and the support is even worse.
UPDATE to Dev Response: the company’s service team is totally unwilling to help. Their “service” extends to 30 days and that’s all. Imagine if you bought a $3000 couch that fell apart in 35 days, how happy would you be with this app?

Mobile web is better
Super glitchy, freezes, hides categories then after it crashes and you open it back up they’re available. Says there’s 147 items on a page but only shows 15-20 then huge lag to continue scrolling.

Crashes frequently
All modern IT needs to help back to the drawing board. This app has the potential to be GREAT!!!! But it crashes/glitch way too much for a app that requires customers to browse and shop online.

Bad customer service
Received a bed with manufacturers defects so bad, it requires extensive customization to even be usable. AllModern referred me to the manufacturer, rather than taking care of me. I’m going to have my people at AmEx go after them and refund me. Lousy con artists.
Apple Pay never works on first try
I have to force close and re-open, very annoying and seems like Wayfair doesn’t want to make money ???
