After purchasing asking for additional payment for activation and that is mentioned in small later. Than if you click again ask for payment . Continue asking for same. After all account not get activated. It’s a fraud
Don’t Purchase
After a couple of weeks the app gets stuck in a loop and you cannot progress without doing a non-existent test, at which point you might as well delete the app and cancel. There is a ‘contact us’ link to an email address that bounces back. Avoid!
No suport from app
Subscription amount debited but app not got activated since 3 days, app support is not existing . Dont waste your money on this app.
App is fake
Please don’t download! I have paid for the subscription still not getting the option to start the plan! When I tried to contact them through mail id that has been provided in the app it’s showing that the email id does not exist! Not even 0.1% helpful!

SCAM ALERT
I purchased the monthly subscription from Instagram but the moment the payment was made, it asked to me get additional subscription for its AI feature. This is a forceful and unwanted purchase. When I tried to login with my email id, the one they used to take my data before purchasing, but I was denied access. Please don’t fall into the trap of their advertisement on the social media. These guys are purely scammers.

Not able see my payment made
I purchased the plan through fb ad but no where into get app for adopt plan no clue to reach support team
Paid for nothing
I missed a couple days and it’s asking me to watch a video and take a test. Still can’t access my exercises, paid $35 for nothing. App keeps crashing, and it won’t let me (take a test) to move forward . Give me my money back!!!!

I’ve been doing the same thing for the last two months. In the beginning it was different stretches but now it’s the same. Can y’all fix that
SCAM BEWARE
I purchased a subscription back in August where they say you simply download the app, use your email you purchased the subscription from to log in and they will send you a activation link. Well, I’ve been waiting for that activation link for 3 Months. I never once received an email from Alpha so you can’t ACTIVATE what you purchased. I screenshot everything, and I have where the app clearly says “Payment successful” and it gives you your customer ID # to where THEY SAY…. If you have ANY issues to email them along with your customer ID so that they can rectify it. I’ve emailed them dozens of times and no response. I’ve tried activating my account dozens of times and no email with an activation link and now here it is Nov and the end of my SUBSCRIPTION and I haven’t been able to use it not ONE day. Also, there is no way to cancel the subscription bc they have you purchase through the website. Do not DOWNLOAD OR BUY anything from them, I’m online now about to look up bringing charges because I see this has happened to many customers.
