scam?
I’d never heard of this company but they sent me an email saying I had booked some car cleaning. I had to download this app to cancel the appointment I never booked. The app insists that I need to pay anyway? Seems like either a scam (if this was intentional) or a poorly run business (if not).
App is unresponsive
The service sounds great from other reviews but the app is broken. Impossible to enter my address for pick up. And when I tried the drop off option I got stuck on picking service options. No confirmation or ‘next’ buttons.
