All of these reviews are phony
The company requires new interviewees to create a 5 star review and screenshot and send it to them as part of the hiring process. You can’t get hired on without doing it. Don’t trust any review on this app
Unethical. Do not trust
They are asking job applicants to leave 5 star reviews (with photo proof!) because “trust and social proof matter enormously”. A company this unethical should be nowhere near anyone’s finances, and this is a financial advisor app. They hold power over applicants since they can give them a job, and are exploiting that to game the system.
