App only half works
The app glitches between screens. I book a class and then still get notifications I'm on the waitlist. Then other times I clicked Book, the button turns black and says Booked and I come back and I'm still on waiting list. The waiting list process doesn't go in order of when you got added to the waitlist.

Love the gym but the app needs work!
When I first started using the app it worked ok but now every single time I open it, I have to re-enter the login info. Even if I just logged in and then a text pops up then toggle back. It also lags a lot! When I am searching or signing up for a class it is always delayed and it’s not a signal issue on my end. Nothing works smoothly for me. None of my friends have to re-login so I’ve checked if my version needs to be updated, deleted and re-installed and still haven’t found a solution. I may as well just login to the website through my browser because at least then it will remember my login information instead of me having to manually type it in each and every single time.

Nice App But Needs work
This app sorely needs the ability to show your previous workout setup at each station. In other words, when I scan in at a station, it should show me the weight and reps from my last workout at that station. I’d rather not have to sift through data from previous days just to find out where I left off.
Also, it seems to timeout every single time I close out a workout session. The fix is to close the app, reopen it, and then close the session. Very annoying.

Hybrid Class
I so love it it’s very peaceful and fun and very relaxing the movement s are really neat . You feel very at peace after class . The instructor is very helpful very thankful for this class .

Please fix the waitlist function
Most other gym’s app has waitlist function just auto adds you into the class as spots opens up ahead of you. It is so annoying to enter the waitlist and then the spot just goes to whoever happens to be on their phone and clicks the notification the fastest (?!?). What kind of person has the time to be on their phone all day long.

Awful waitlist function
The only reason I have the app is because I go to the gym. The UX is bad, the worst feature being the class waiting list. If you are on the waitlist, if a spot opens up, instead of auto registering the next person in line, you get a notification and have to quickly open the app the take the spot. It’s so irritating that I don’t do classes.
Imagine joining a waitlist for a class and then every few hours getting a notification there’s a spot. Except when you open the app the spot is gone. Repeat this 5x a day.

Unable to create a user account
I’ve tried to create an account. However, when it’s time to complete the process in the privacy settings, after giving consent twice, an error pops up saying, “invalid text length (maximum 15 characters). Please fix this.
Nice app.. but….
I have notice booking classes is nice where you are on the waiting list for a class and even though you booked later or early that you have the same chance of getting in the class as others, fantastic. But an annoying thing is if the class goes down to below the size of class, you are no longer on a waiting list, just interested in the class. And once that happens, I cannot come off the waiting list. On top of that, I joined the class so I could cancel the class only to find that I cannot cancel a class that is less than an hour away.

Awful
The UX on this app is awful. So many functions are broken.
Button colours
UX and dev team. Could you please make the buttons for waitlist and book different colours? Also the wait list counter and available spots text a different colour? This would be really helpful when scrolling through and trying to find classes that are open.

No Apple Wallet support
A slight inconvenience to have to open the app to prompt membership card. Please bring Apple Wallet support.
class availability
everything is great, except when you are on a waiting list for a class anytime anyone cancels it tells you there is a spot open even if there are still 15 people on the waiting list
Booking
It flips back to the top everytime you look at a class. Ideally, it’d stay where you left it rather than going back to top of the page.

Feedback on class
There is no time to rate a class, asks you to give feed back and then it disappears.
Great app
Just wish that it had more options.. like to see what kind of rewards I can redeem my points for. Or to book the kids play area via phone and book family swim via phone
