Latest update broke Arm Function
I can no longer arm my system with the app. Also the Stay and Away options have disappeared. I’m out-of-town and now have no idea what’s going on with my alarm system. That defeats the purpose of the system and the app.

Good but took a while to solve update
Things have been great but there was a time about 6 months ago where there was a known bug impacting zone operations. It was never communicated and ended up costing me a service call.

Glitches a lot and when we needed troubleshooting after it stopped working the company wanted a lot of money just to come out to see what it was. Unsure why we would need to dish out so much for spotty cameras. It can pick up a car driving by across the street but won’t capture people walking up 80% of the time.

Functional app
The app works for basic info. Just wish it could do more than just the basics.

I have had multiple times where the app arms and disarms on its own and have had multiple calls about whether or not they should call the police because of these false alarms. Please fix the app as soon as possible.
It’s NOT a good system
I’ve had nothing but problems from day, one of purchase from delivering it to hiring someone third-party to put it together after saying and talking to a tech to walk me through the system, but still impossible due to it been a defective system that had to go back. It’s never online. The battery goes dead really quick I can go on and on about what I do not like about this system and what I like about it…NOTHING

Long time user!
Alula app makes it very convenient. I love quick response time on notifications!
Still needs work.
Since update there is no way to view notifications. Also, the “Night” option should be like the #7 “Instant” option.

Worst customer service
Apps doesn’t open
3 times out of 5 when we open the app even when we have strong WiFi connection inside the home the app doesn’t open up and just shows a white screen on my iPhone 17 pro with latest iOS. Looks like the developer is not even checking how the app functions any longer. Then we have to close and retry several times. Big annoyance!

We are ALWAYS having problems with this app. It’s glitchy, doesn’t work and very frustrating.

I love the app but I wish there was a way to set the cameras to where if your going to be outside you could set that camera to home so it doesn’t keep going off.
