Super easy and worked the first time after creating a profile. Tapped one button on the home acreen and was connected to an actual live medical pro within seconds. Tried chatting and then an audio call. Super friendly staff and was able to get an Rx to treat my symptoms called into a pharmacy nearby. They also offer video calling. So worth the low price to have the peace of mind and instant access. The app also has tons of information videos and other useful features.

Wow This is AMAZing
Let me tell you this app has been a life saver.. was able to get on with a virtual appointment within 30 seconds… But that’s not the best part… The same provider, Luis, has been continually following up with me every couple days to make sure what we changed is working. Went for a second appointment and also got in with a provider within 30 seconds.
On top of that, there was an update in the app that somehow caused me to not be able to read my entire screen… When I brought it to their attention, they jumped on it immediately, even texting me to get screenshots since I couldn’t see what I was typing in the app at the time. Within 48 hours, there was another update and BOOM! problem solved.
I am immensely impressed with this app and the people behind it and cannot possibly recommend it more strongly.

Do not get insurance that uses Amaze
I have had a terrible experience. Had some recent issues needing a doctor for. They referred me to a PCP that was supposed to be on my plan. Went to see the doctor. Paid out of pocket for the visit. They just called today and said they don’t take my insurance. Have had over a week of waiting for a referral to a specialist.
My kids PCP has said they are having issues getting payments from insurance as well.
If you’re sick, you may as well just have a heart attack and die early from all the stress of dealing with the incompetent staff at Amaze or Clearwater / Clearshare plans.

Sean, thank you very much for the feedback. Amaze is not insurance we don't "use" insurance. Amaze serves every American, and as such, some insurance companies have chosen to pay for Amaze for their customers. They are imperfect, for sure. Most insurance companies have a lot of faults. If we said they could not provide Amaze to their customers, we could not try to help. I'm very sorry you had this experience. Please do not conflate Amaze with ClearShare or any other form of insurance. The team at Amaze is always here to help you figure things out. Sometimes that takes trying over-and-over again. The system is broken, for sure. If you need help figuring out how to take care of your family's medical needs, your partners at Amaze never give up, even when things go wrong. You just have to want to work with them...

Awesome for parents
It is so comforting to know I have a provider available whenever I need one. I was able to use Amaze for my 16 year old who is having GI issues. Getting into a GI doc takes so long so Amaze worked with her, ran bloodwork that the GI office would likely run anyways, and helped me figure out which direction to go for her. They also helped my son who was sick. All the local urgent cares were slammed so I hopped on a call with Amaze and they were able to send in an antibiotic for him. I just love having them as my partner in healthcare.

Very helpful
I enjoy using the AmazeHealth app! I find it very easy to navigate and get connected with help. My favorite feature on the app is the symptom checker, this can try to gage what may be going on. This helped me determine I had laryngitis. I recommend this to all my friends and family. Amaze health developed a great app that is easy to use and learn!

Life Saver, Fantastic Service!
Signed up myself and family as an alternative to going to the doctors office during the pandemic. Sign up and subscribing was super easy and the care I’ve received from the providers has been truly incredible. Has exceeded all of my expectations, and has saved me time and the cost of doctors office visits. Highly recommended.

I used this for the first time because I needed a quick appointment but didn’t wanna go to the E.R or urgent care with this rona virus going around and it was exactly what I needed the NP that assisted me was super polite and helpful and with in five minutes I had the info and everything I needed to fix my condition

Coolest thing ever!
This app is really cool! I needed a prescription on a Sunday and thought nothing is open. But then I found this and literally I was able to pick up my prescription the next day. And they called me 48 hours later to check in on me. And the cost was so affordable. So happy I found this app!

This app is WONDERFUL. I contacted several ehealth companies and none were able to help me with my specific issue, but with Amaze, I was connected to a doctor within seconds and she was able to help me with what I needed. They offer their service at a very low monthly rate - I honestly was planning to cancel after the one visit I needed but I may just keep the subscription to be able to contact a doc whenever I need. Thank you for the excellent service!!

Incredible caring attention instantly
I’m living away from home in quarantine waiting for my grandchild to be born when last Monday a mysterious irritation arrived on my face under my eye. On day two it was getting worse so I looked up telemedicine choices just in case it got worse. I’d still try and tough it out another day; take benedryl. For no clear reason I chose AMaze. It looked easy to navigate and with a name like AMaze I thought I’d try. I downloaded it and put in my brief information. No lengthy cumbersome background necessary.
Next morning I couldn’t open my eye — it looked as if I’d been in a fight with my eye swollen shut, firey red, and itchy.
I called my own pcp to see about telemedicine
and left a message. I went to the app and tapped the phone icon. In a few seconds a live healthcare practitioner was sitting before me offering compassion, knowledge, and directions for next steps.
Within three hours my prescriptions were ready. All week I’ve been able to type in questions and get prompt responses. They have called at least two or three times to see how I’m doing.
Kind, knowledgeable, reassuring, comforting. Am I dreaming? Or is the new world?

This app is a game changer. You first have to set up an account. Then you have access to a medical provider immediately, for as long as you subscribe. It seems like this company is here for the right reason. I am impressed and will refer my friends and family!
