Great on desktop and mobile
Great app for people who want customizable task and project management software. Lots of options available for those with neurodivergence.
Not low executive function friendly
This did not feel ADHD friendly at all. I tried to put in tasks but they disappeared and couldn’t put in energy level etc. cool concept but user interface is not ideal for new users who want something low effort
Completely unusable
Maybe you will have more luck but sync completely locks up the UI and makes the interface unusable. I’ve tried running sync status checks, resolving conflicts even factory resetting my todos. For now have cancels my subscription but hope they resolve cause the web app is top notch.
Charged me $240 for training and then didn’t show up
The company that runs this is horrible. For people with ADHD, the app is very elaborate. I was willing to pay for special training so I could figure out how to use it, and when I inquired, I was connected to the founder of the app, who has a website where you pay $240 for an hour of her time. I paid it and then her calendar was broken so I couldn’t book a time. When I inquired by email, someone said they would let her know and then it was radio silence from there.

Outstanding Customer Service - Thank You Branko!
Amazing Marvin is incredible! So customizable and creative. I've used a lot of habit/to-do list software and settled on Notion for a few years, but I kept running into certain points of friction. So far, it seems like Marvin can solve them! It takes time to set up and all the features can be overwhelming, but it's worth it for the customizability.
The team is extraordinarily helpful! The primary reason I took the time to write a review is that Branko in particular has given me tons of advice, replying super quickly to my questions with clear instructions that indicate a deep understanding of the product. Seems like the developers have been responsive to feature requests as well! Grateful and excited 🙌
