Essential
Of all the apps I’ve ever tried, this is the only one I’ve never cancelled and use every single day.

Excellent application
This app is the best of its kind that I’ve used. The flow, the UI, everything makes sense and works beautifully. It was a serious life changer during law school. The creator of the app also seems to be a swell person. I’ve been using the app for a while and they’ve periodically reached out to me to ask about my experiences, offer support, and solicit feedback.

Faithful user for years
The system works. Wouldn’t use anything else.
I wish it was it
I have ADHD and work as a founder of a healthcare company. Not every productivity system app will suit my needs. I require something reliable, bug-free, and highly mobile-friendly, considering my frequent on-the-go lifestyle.
Lately, the mobile app has been plagued with numerous bugs. For instance, planned times don’t persist, task names can’t be changed, duplicate tasks are added to the calendar, and more. Compared to alternatives like TickTick, Sunsama loses its appeal when priced at $20.00 per month and still has these issues.
Sunsama, while user-friendly, has redundant buttons that lack labels, making navigation cumbersome and not truly user-friendly.
On the other hand, I can pay around $35 for a whole year of TickTick without encountering any issues. What I appreciate about Sunsama is its intentional approach to planning and shutdown, allowing me to plan with purpose. However, this intentionality alone doesn’t justify the higher price when the app has persistent bugs.
In my opinion, I need a workhorse productivity app, not a designer one.
