Can use my business email as it’s connected to my Amazon flex. Don’t see why I can’t have both.
Bad App
It will be nice if the app actually does what it says it should do. I am not allowed to view service preferences tab or banking information tab. The app does not give me an ETA until I text my AM to ask am I receiving package for that day. I cannot access my invoices it says “ PDF downloaded to you documents!” When I check My Documents section to my surprise “nothing is there!” and when I ask for help I’m told by the call center to go to my AM and my AM says go to the call center. This app seems like an afterthought. It will be nice if Amazon put as much time into the Hub App as they do in the Flex App. Amazon Tech Team please please please fix the issues!!!!
