Worst streaming platform app
By far the worst streaming app. Rarely remembers where I stopped a show or even what season I’m on. Countless ads. I would paid to remove the ads but their library is easily the worst of all the streamers.
Small tweak needed
The app works fine, there’s just one little thing that is annoying for our family. Our suggestion is that the subtitle setting can be saved for each use profile individually. I like to watch things with subtitles, but my wife hates it. And if I turn on the subtitles on my user profile , it also changes on hers. Please change that.

No classics, not a good deal.
Prime doesn’t have many classic movies, be warned you sign up the you’re expected to subscribe for a new fee if you want to watch good classic movies? Yes that’s right, because they don’t own many classics they expect you to pay for your monthly subscription then keep subscribing to other media companies. This is a very expensive way of never owning content, you’re better off buying dvds of content you really enjoy.

Additional costs
It is starting to become annoying it that good movies or shows you have to pay additional price, I am considering cancelling the plan.

Ads and promoting shows on other streaming services has killed Amazon Prime Video stone cold dead
Terrible app
It really is terrible, poor user interface. I wanted to look at other episodes/seasons of a show I have previously watched and it’s almost impossible to find where the other episodes and seasons are. The mighty Amazon have failed us on this app
Ad-on Channels are Abysmal
Paid for additional channels (StackTV in Canada) to watch that do not bother to distribute the content that they advertise. Shows are advertised, HEAVILY (despite paying for no ads on prime, StackTV has a deal where you still have to watch ads no matter how much you pay?) and even then they dont bother releasing the episodes. Literally paying for things that I am not receiving.
Awful service that falls within Prime. Cancelling prime outright as a result and finding entertainment elsewhere.

It’s a good app, but why does it keep updating so often? Is there something wrong with it that they’re having difficulty fixing?

Brilliant as always . guy Ritchie has his own style and class . He’s brilliant . I love all his series and films . His choice in his actors too .

Horrible app.
They keep removing the good movies and shows. I am a massive fan of Pokémon and it’s my comfort show as an autistic teenager but they removed them all and as I am a teenager I am unable to pay. This has happened before in many of my comfort shows. Prime video is the worst app and I’d even say don’t even waste your money on the subscription.

My subtitles are stuck in Dutch.
My subtitles are stuck in Dutch (Watching The Tunnel on Prime) on the screen with NO other option. On the App it is set to English
Wrong title
Turned it on to watch Band of Brothers pacific as advertised and got the D day series. Sort it out.
Ads are unbearable
Six minutes of ad time for ten minutes of footage is absolutely diabolical taking the actual piss. Would give zero if possible.
Asking Bribe
First They want subscription price above that they want to charge you extra for add removal which is completely wrong!
