TNT sports layout
The layout on the phone and on TV is pathetic. Very hard to find certain fighting events in the TNT sports section. The descriptions are a joke. £31 subscription for a terrible interface. Also charging £20 on top of £31 for PPV events. Complete rip off for terrible service.

Very frustrating that we have to pay for certain movies and series when we already pay for the subscription.
Crave on prime uploads episodes super late
It’s actually ridiculous that the love island finale is still not uploaded on time when it’s the most important episode of one of the top streaming shows of the summer. If we are paying money for the subscription we expect the episodes to release when they are for the rest of the world.

Glitchy
This app is glitchy AF on my 2025 iPad Air. I click on something to watch and it “loads” for so long and nothing plays. I have restarted my iPad, deleted and reloaded the app and nothing helps.

Ads every 5 mins when watching a serie …that’s terrible
Does not work on my iPad pro
Loads up the homepage but only shows the top half with content, when scrolling down the rest of the page is full of blank content. Nothing actually works if selecting anything it shows a black screen loading continuously and then freezes. Cant believe such a shoddy app is the main viewing app from such a huge company.

There was extra money paid for a peacock add on with the expectation that I receive the shows when they are supposed to be released. The show I want to watch and paid extra for has been released and yet I cannot access it. What am I even paying for at this point? If you can’t deliver don’t offer the service

I already pay for Prime. But if I want ad free and to stream in 4K I now need to pay extra? Because a company that makes billions of dollars a year wants to make even more? Yeah this is going to be my last time paying for Prime.
