A missed opportunity
The app only works on ship, which is silly if you are off ship and want reminder of what you are doing and what times things are when on shore. Would be good to book dinner and save your special dietary need menu choice through the app.
Would be good if the planner could notify you of things you have added, and it’s odd you can only add things for the current day and can’t add your own reminders to the planer.
The account tracking is good when you get your head around it.

Booking in
Found the booking in process straight forward, considering I’m old and not very tech savvy.
Your bookings
So easy to use. Very comprehensive descriptions of each tour. Reasonably priced too
Useless App
Not sure what the point of the app is? Get directed to it to book trips. Parking etc but not functional so have to phone the customer service centre. Ambassador clearly don’t realise how bad the app is.
Checking in
Easy registration process for submitting details pre sailing and adding a bank card .
Downloading luggage tags very simple but filing not so obvious if the word Embarkation is on the back when folded .
Access to colour printing not always available .
