Experienced harassed Customer
Dear readers, it is very serious issue with the cruise. The staff is not at all good and bothered about the customers. The cruise line just to save their fuel cost and save money they switch off air conditioning of entire ship and customers are left in an air pack ship and rooms inside without any windows and ventilation. Serious harassment and worst experience ever. On 15/06/25 the cruise line had switched off air conditioning for straight two days and senior people were admitted and many collapsed. They are least bothered about customers. Sorry to say but honestly this is worst ship

App doesn’t open in my phone only show something error
Developers cannot be this dumb
First of all, I am not getting OTP to login even after trying 5 times in interval. As I am not getting any OTP, I was retrying to get it and then it says OTP limit exceeded, try again after 24 Hours! 24 hours? Even Banks have less time for OTPs. Now I am stuck without able to choose my rooms and have to wait and again keep trying.

Disgusting service
Don’t go for Cordelia cruises. go for alternate cruise. They are the team of liars. make any commitments and don’t fulfil in time. Zero services after payment. They never call you back, pathetic and disgusting services by customer sales team especially Mr.Mukul Singh and Mr.Ayush Pawar.
