A missed opportunity
The app only works on ship, which is silly if you are off ship and want reminder of what you are doing and what times things are when on shore. Would be good to book dinner and save your special dietary need menu choice through the app.
Would be good if the planner could notify you of things you have added, and it’s odd you can only add things for the current day and can’t add your own reminders to the planer.
The account tracking is good when you get your head around it.

Booking in
Found the booking in process straight forward, considering I’m old and not very tech savvy.
Your bookings
So easy to use. Very comprehensive descriptions of each tour. Reasonably priced too
Useless App
Not sure what the point of the app is? Get directed to it to book trips. Parking etc but not functional so have to phone the customer service centre. Ambassador clearly don’t realise how bad the app is.

Easy registration process for submitting details pre sailing and adding a bank card .
Downloading luggage tags very simple but filing not so obvious if the word Embarkation is on the back when folded .

Problem registering payment card
It may have been a blip but for the first time it took several attempts to register my card. It also happened to a friend who is travelling with me.
Check in
I tried to register my card four times, using the bank app but nothing ever appeared in the banking app. I tried three different cards with three different banks but still nothing. I then phoned and was on the phone for 43 minutes, the lady I spoke to was very helpful. When I hung up I was showing my wife what the problem was but low and behold it was registered for both of us. Only problem I don’t know what card is registered????.

Easy to Navigate
Good App, easy to navigate and responds well. Can get all your pre cruise items done quickly and keep up to date with everything.
First time cruising
We booked our first Cruise with Ambassador to Norway for this year, we booked at a travel agent but have filled a lot of our details on the Ambassador App, which has been easy & the app has been easy to navigate. Now looking forward to the Cruise this week.
Buggy
This app has frequently frozen on me. Also, it does not accept the apostrophe in my name for logging on or for card registration. I haven’t gone on the cruise yet - let’s hope it improves.
Doesn’t work
Unfortunately this app doesn’t work. Multiple error messages or it just crashes.
Terrible app
Terrible app to use, can never open anything other than your account. Nothing else opens very frustrating go to google.
Latest update
Latest update has now meant that we’re back into the realms of having to uninstall and reinstall app. Keep getting reload message but won’t reload without taking action as above. Not very useful when nearing date of travel…

Not very user friendly for research & booking as defaults to beginning every time. Wish it stayed at point you reserve an experience to avoid constant back peddling

First time cruise
We are very excited to be going on our first (hopefully if many) cruises. A,bass for have been great and the app if fantastic to get everything ready and have it all in one place. We can’t wait to set sail!
Review
My wife and I have traveled with Ambassador several times in the past, after chatting with other passengers we all agreed that a couple of things could or should change, firstly, have a help yourself system in borough market. Have a smoking area at the aft, near the bar. Have glass for drinks at the coffee shop on deck 12. There are other points I’m sure you are aware of. These issues may not please everyone but will please most.

It’s a useless app when none of the tabs work. The home page layout doesn’t even look like the examples shown and yet I supposedly have the latest version…
