Can’t make online payments
Just opened up this credit union account and it doesn’t allow me to make online payments without calling in.
Love AFCU but the maintenance has to STOP frequently!
I love the AFCU App and it’s been so amazing to use to access my bank information! However, it’s becoming so frustrating that AFCU is constantly doing maintenance on the app all the time that it’s impossible to access my bank information instead of going to browser. Please STOP with the maintenance every single week! It’s becoming so annoying!

Biometrics login stopped working so I have to use credentials every time I open the app. It’s difficult to find account numbers. There’s no distinction between my wife’s card and mine. It’s unclear if utilizing location on the card/app would prevent one of us from using the card since I’m traveling to the conflicted side of the planet and she’s staying near home. I can’t update my billing address from within the app. I also don’t see any way to send secure messages to support.

Great App Minus the Bugs
I never had problems on android, but there are some bugs on the iOS version it seems. Logging in is always a hassle as usually Face ID doesn’t work, and gets disabled quite often.
