Newer Isn’t Better
New version looks worse on my iPhone15 Pro!
This app is not good anymore
they changed their system and it’s not as user friendly. It’s not good. They made the app look like it’s from 2002.
Hate the new update
The new update is hard to use and I dislike that it looks old. I enjoyed the old app better it would show amounts that were colored and it was easier to use.

A terrible new platform! I consider myself tech savvy and its too complicated for me. The old one was so much better. Im switching banking intuitions in one month if they dont fix all the problems of the new app and online banking. VERY POOR DESIGN!

Difficult to use. You have to double click to see a transaction. The account dashboard is difficult to view. Overall, it’s not as user friendly. The update was not great.

New update sucks. Much less user friendly, should go back to how it was.
Terrible: This is a webpage not an app
The redesigned “app” is terrible. The app is now essentially a web page. Scrolling doesn’t feel right, the app user experience feels awful. This redesign was a huge step down. Please make a real native SwiftUI app. The old app was so much better than this “new and improved” version. Literally nothing is improved. It’s all worse. I would seriously consider switching banks to not have to use this app.

The new app update feels like a step back not forward. I feel like it’s less user friendly and looks more like a early 2000s website not a modern version
App for is terrible
The app is not user friendly. Try to make a payment on the credit card is a pain. If trying to make an app that’s difficult to navigate, they nailed it. I’m about to close my account because of it.
Dislike New Update
The app was great but the new update makes everything convoluted and difficult to follow. It’s just not as crisp anymore and kind of gives me anxiety to look at.

I’ve been with America First for over 25 Years and feel they are the best banking service there is. Great employees who always have been generous with their time in helping me with any question or problem I may have.
App update is buggy
Just trying to open a new certificate account but the dropdown menus stay open so I can’t move on to the rest of the selections. I tried to send a message on the error but my message seemed to go into cyberspace. Still no response. If I could go to the credit union in person, I would. But I live over two hours away from the nearest facility.

DOWNGRADE FROM LAST APP
I personally felt the last UI was was more sleek and robust as a user than this current updated version. I would budget and categorize all my accounts through the mobile platform, now it just seems like a watered down version.
