HORRIBLE APP!!!!
i only gave this app 4 stars to warn you that whwn you use this app you will imdeed have issues after locking the card!! its like only sometimes at the most horrible moments it will not allow you to unlock the card. it just keeps saying “you have no cards available” this is frustrating every single time😭. its a bad app but everything else works fine. this app is fkn horrible though because whst if you need to unlock it for an emergency?

Not working anymore
I used to be able to login and pay my car’s monthly payment but now the screen is stretched out and I can’t access it anymore. But the website has always been really wonky through this app and too many verification prompts. I’m just trying to give you my money for the month. Why is it made so difficult?? The wording is so confusing too. Do I want to make an external transfer or an internal transfer? I don’t know, I just want to make a payment. Neither gets me to that screen. The website on my computer is only slightly better and I can make my payment there. Also, now I try to use Face ID and it immediately tells me I have tried too many times to verify and it has failed. But it will let me login without Face ID. The app is useless to me now. I don’t bank with them, I just have an account for my auto loan.

I am blind using this app and it takes me longer than the average person to navigate the app because I use a screen reader so the app locks on me very quickly and I have to keep signing in if I’m not fast enough and I do not like that, so I believe that need to change and give people a little more time to navigate their accounts

Worse than before
They updated the app and it never remembers my username or password. I can’t even use my passcode to get in my account. I constantly have to call the bank because the app is always glitching or there’s a system update to more nonsense. Fix it 🤬

American Heritage is the best bank ever I am so happy that’s have accounts with them the app is amazing the convenience that you have with in the app and all that you can do from transferring and deposit checks and check balances etc. You must bank with them you will be sorry

Poor experience
I was unable to open an account via the app despite three attempts inputting all of my information. If get all the way to the last screen and one of the disclosure boxes would not check. Also, when reading the disclosures, when I would revert back to the application it would say there was an error and force me to start over.

Epay 😑
While the app has gotten much better over the years, it still lacks polish. For example, the Epay section. If you submit a payment, it doesn’t give you any confirmation good or bad of whether the payment went through. If you’re sending somebody a large amount of money, you really want to know if it went through or not… Am I right? Best to use it in the browser, not the mobile app.
