Login issues
Well, I’m not sure how good the app is because it doesn’t let me login. An endless spinning gear icon…fix this please!!
Chat doesn’t work.
Don’t waste your time with the chat function. It doesn’t work well at all. Save yourself the time and just call them. The app is good to tell you how much money you have left though.
Do better
From not being able to close photos to things not uploading properly this app is so poorly built out I wish I could give it zero stars

Unable to go back to the menu after viewing the image submitted for claim proof
They deny everything
They deny even legitimate claims like prescription medication.
What a horrible app
I try to use this app to check FSA and Transit benefits. It works 10% of the time. It’s full of bugs and the website is trash. Need to speak with HR about not using this service.
Hasn’t worked yet
This app has yet to even work. When I open the app? The screen stays white!
Works and does what it needs to do
The app is easy to use and does what I need it to do: shows the balance of my HSA, lets me see history of purchases, and lets me file claims to reimburse myself from my HSA. Haven’t had any issues with it

Outdated app
As a software developer, this is just simply an old, bad application. It constantly lags. It is very difficult to know what is going on when every page is stuck loading with each click. I got an SSL error saying error code -1200 because a secure connection could not be made to the server… but how can an average user be expected to understand that or know how to troubleshoot. This is especially concerning when this app deals with potentially a lot of money, it does not make me feel confident at all. My guess is that it is a giant mess software-wise that isnt changing for political reasons. I would suggest re-doing the whole thing with fresh developers.

No back button
This is a very buggy app. I find submitting claims easy, but the lack of a ‘Back’ button means I have to close the app everytime I need to go back. Please find the bug in your code and fix this issue.

App sleeping at night
This app was so slow to tell me my password was wrong and when I clicked forgot password and entered my email then verify, nothing happened at all. And on the website there was an error trying to submit a claim at 7pm PT. What is going on with their tech tools?!?

Possibly one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. Absolutely abysmal experience with dead ends dead links and constant crashes.
Won’t even let me log on
I reset the pw and everything but can’t get in. Only through the website.
Picture integration doesn’t work
App is all up to date and now I’m trying to take a picture of my explanation of benefits and it doesn’t move to camera or prompt me to allow camera access. Hot garbage. This should be easier.
App doesn’t sync with website
Why are there separate logins for the website (username) and app (email)? The only things that sync are the account balances. Claims submitted through the app don’t show up on the website (even after 24 hours).
What a let down…
This app needs a lot of work before it is ready for the public. Even the chat on the website told me to go to the old version to se my current total.
