Please add Setapp login!

I have Amie on my mac through setapp, but is a shame that I cannot use it on my phone without paying another separate subscription.

Currently a joke

I would love to try it out, but every time I open the app, an unclosable pop-up appears asking me to subscribe for $15/mo when I haven’t even seen or used the app.

Well, It changed

It’s crazy to see an app that I praised and loved so much, get annoying with subscription screens all the time. I know it’s a service, but it was growing in me the sense of community, of using something nice and stylish, and seeing that it’s all about money in the end, even for just managing my calendar, nothing else. I’m sad and leaving.

Absurd subscription without any improvements

Maker still not able to Justify absurd subscription and stopped continuously improving the app. They’re still struggling with the 3-4 years old design implementation.

Skip this one

Totally fine to pivot your interests as a developer but you have to launch a new product instead of cannibalizing what users purchased. It’s frustrating and makes me feel like I wasted so much money on a product that simply doesn’t exist anymore and will never have my use case actively supported again.

The only place this app isn’t marketed as “AI meeting summary” is the mobile app. Yet the mobile app is missing key features promised for a long time, like “repeating tasks”. No joke, you can’t schedule a repeating task on mobile. There’s a button for it, but it’s disabled. Functionality is coming “soon.” It’s been years.

I Want to like it., just missing key feature.

I spent some time with Amie. I like the integration with icalendar. What was the deal breaker for me is that tasks can’t have a start date in the future. I don’t want to even think about task XYZ until a certain date and Amie doesn’t have that ability. That isn’t a task manager is a todo list manager and that is very different things. So much potential otherwise. Once it has that feature I’ll try again. Until then, literally every other app is better. Using FlowSavvy/Motion.

Works for me.

I’ve struggled to maintain a digital calendar for a long time. I’ve tried the popular apps such as Tick Tick and To-doist, and everything in between.

Amie’s UI is what I really fell into a groove with. It’s easier to edit calendar events on the fly and schedule to-dos because my calendar and to-do list occupy the same space.

A nice hidden feature I found fun was holding down the screen with two fingers and moving them around to see my events in a 3D visual space.

This app had really helped me capture and control my time. Hoping for more themes or customization in the future!

2 years great app

Been using this since it first came out, great product on both desktop and mobile. Especially the meeting notes

Overpriced for what it is

Probably some features that don't even have a use case. How do you justify 14.99 a month in compare to an app like ticktick which has way more than yours to offer?

No email

I paid for the email features and I can’t even access them. The is also no support or feedback. This is a scam

Only Monthly Subscription in App Purchase

Whenever I try to buy the yearly subscription in app. The pop up prompts me the monthly subscription with a short trial period of three instead of 7 days.

This is a big issue, I've almsot bought it by accident.

Please fix this as dast as possible.

Good but could be great

Can you pls add Amie Chat on iOS. Apart from that i think everything is just perfect

Went downhill quickly

Lots of bugs and issues, very slow to fix and update. Pricing is crazy expensive now that it focuses on meeting notes only. Really seems to have lost of the vision of what it started as, I don’t recommend it.

Paid yet no emails and no support email to tell !

Not sure what’s going on I paid , got no emails about this which was odd , then it just won’t connect to my email accounts , I’ve tried ten times and nothing happens. I’ve videoed it but no support email inside the app. So I’ve now sent two ‘feedback’ messages and still nothing . It’s like there’s a void that takes your money yet returns nothing , like nothing at all !!

Almost perfect

Just need few UI size touch ups and one more small feature, 3 Day Calender view.

Also, if there can be a one time purchase possible, that would make it cherry on cake.

Apart from that this app literally has everything I have been looking for and more.

Not too simple and not too complex.
Just a perfect balance of features.

Thank you developers for making this.

Love the concept …

… but to make this a part of my daily workflow I would need the app on the iPad work as the app on the phone. At the moment it’s not possible to schedule tasks there unfortunately.

A game-changer for minimalist productivity

Amie has completely transformed the way I manage my schedule. Its beautifully designed interface combines simplicity with powerful functionality, making it a joy to use every day. The calendar feels intuitive, the task management features are thoughtfully integrated, and it strikes the perfect balance between aesthetics and usability. What truly sets Amie apart is its playful design elements that make organizing your life feel less like a chore and more like a delightful experience. A must-try for anyone looking to streamline their workflow with style.

Removed free version without warning

I’ve used Amie for the last 11 months and suddenly saw that I was locked out of my account on my laptop and was notified that the free tier was being removed. The fact that my account wasn’t even available in read only mode was incredibly frustrating. I would’ve continued paying for the premium version but the fact that they pulled the rug out from under me left a poor taste. Do yourself a favor and use a different app, like Todoist (or god forbid Notion) and stay away from these guys.

Free plan removed

I totally get that they need to make money. But springing this on us by deleting the free plan is crazy, the only "new" features compared to gcal are tasks and integrations. You can argue that those are worth paying for and maybe they are but $72 a year is crazy
