Pay stub tab hasn’t worked in years!!
I have been working with the company for over 2 years and the app does not allow you to see your paystub ever. When you click the link nothing happens. I could not even get my W2 I had to call and get it sent to my email. MAJOR inconvenience….fix it. Two years is long enough!!!!

Most stupid app ever to log in hours and shifts. No decent human should be asked to use it unless the intentions are to frustrate the physicians to do mistake and not pay them appropriately

Great Upgrade
I have been with AMN since before the Staffcare merger! The customer service is second to none! It is so very important for a Locum doctor to have a team that is supportive and quick at problem solving! This new app is just another thing AMN did well!!!! I have one suggestion. In the future if there are big changes like app changes communicate that clearly and often! I think I found it by accident! It’s still an amazing upgrade !my favorite part is my travel itinerary is in there so I don’t have to harass my recruiter and travel. 😊😊Thank you!!!

App glitches ALL THE TIME!!
The app is never accurate. It tells you over and over again to upload credentials that you have already uploaded. There is always outstanding tasks that are not completed no matter how many times you complete them. Can’t access your schedule and no one ever responds when you contact them through the app. It’s the worst!

This app looks well put together but is terrible
Other apps are faster, have less inconsistencies, and aren’t a total invasion of privacy. Why do you need to access my camera for me to share a FILE? Every time I login, it RESETS ALL COOKIES and asks me to approve. This feels like a data brokerage firm disguised as a healthcare app. Garbage.

The app is not easy to use, it does not allow me to use my keyboard to type into field. I have to go to my notes and cop and paste in.
