Very good and responsible app
Avoid at all costs!
I used Amovens on a trip with no incidents, where I parked the car in a private garage when not using. I finished with the car, but it was dirty after a long drive. I later got an email saying I’d scratched car- I knew no such incident had happened.
I replied that if the driver could send a video of the scratch I’d be happy to pay, because I was convinced the apparent scratch was mud mark. I emailed the driver, without a response and assumed the driver must have been mistaken. A month later I receive a €400 bill to cover the damage.
There was no consideration of my position, and the only evidence was a blurry photo. Absolutely no trust in the users- avoid in case of having the same happen to you.

What an amazing service
Amovens is great. This is the first time I have used it and will never go back to using any of the traditional car rentals again. So easy to use, so easy to communicate with the owners. It’s an A++++++++++ service. I will be back next time I need to rent a car. Also worked out much cheaper and loads less hassle.

Poor customer service
Used to use this app with no problems but my account got blocked without a valid reason & the staff have been useless to help me. Extremely poor customer service. Beyond disappointing.

Alt var nemt og i flotteste orden. Bilen er meget ny og kører dejligt, uden de mindste problemer. Victor var nem at kontakte og altid høflig og hjalp med spørgsmål når der var nogen. Ville glædeligt komme igen og kan anbefale Victor og hans bil med top karakterer!
Parasitic company
Be careful using this service. They charge you repeatedly, without your consent, for invisible charges. Their customer support is impersonal and always sides with the even more sinister car owners. Atrocious service. I’ll be sticking to Share Now and other more professional car services.
This feels like a racket - it has all the trimmings of a scam hidden behind a flashy design.
It’s a shame, too, because I believe there are honest and decent car owners out there, but the parasitic scammer car owners can all-too easily make up un-provable claims to drain your bank account.
