As older adults with health and sight issues, we cannot reset ghe system easily after problems, also the size of the font is too small to read .
Hard to use
The hardest to use system I have ever had. Can’t figure out why the two cameras are not recording, because I can’t find it on the APP to see where or why they stopped recording and reset the rule or whatever they call it.
Don’t waste your money
I’ve never been more annoyed at having spent money on something that doesn’t work. I’ve lost track of how many times the alarm has gone off and not me or my wife are called to disable it. The police have never been here after the alarm goes off and amp has lied about it before. Me and my wife were on a mountain drive we did get a notification of the alarm going off but we had to send our friend to check out our home because police never showed up, I check my cameras which are Wyze cameras because amp cameras never worked. Then another time I was at work with no cell service but they told my wife I gave them the disable code over the phone yet I had zero phone service. Definitely not worth it I would not recommend to anyone and I cannot wait until my contract is up.

Canceling my AMP Smart
I’m Valerie Nelson can’t get service call,I was told that this is now safe home security which I was never made aware of. I have stopped payment on your company and I will notify the BBB of your horrible service.
What kind of company?
My feedback is about this app does not give us access to billing and payments? Who conducts business that way? What are they hiding?
