Horrible Service
I would give ZERO STARS if it was an option! Do not get it (there is no way this would get a 4 star review, read the review comments & ratings). We’ve had Fluent (driveway camera, fire/smoke/heat detector, carbon monoxide detector, flood detector) for about 7 years. Initially our service was good but since it’s changed over to A.P.I it’s terrible. We are now 18 days with zero follow up from them. Our fire/smoke detector quit working for who knows how long, so no call from them that there was an issue. I discovered it on March 5, that was 18 days ago. So at least 6 phone calls, 3 service requests from them sent to follow up with the service department with the assurance someone would call in a day or two to set up a service visit-no one has called. 4 unanswered emails. We have had zero contact from them. I’m at my wits end to know what to do!!

Not as good as it used to be
Ever since the company became API, the service has gone to almost zero, pathetic actually. I have tried to get a service representative on a phone call multiple times and have never once gotten a reply. They only want the sale and then don’t help after
No support.
While the app works....mostly. When there is an issue you are on your own. No one ever responds to support requests. I'm looking into alternatives.
