App not working on IPhone
App frozen on menu screen and won’t respond. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. On IPad doesn’t allow me to access my photos , an important part of using the app. Get this app fixed please. Currently unusable.
Doesn’t work on brand new iPhone
App just pulls up a “how was work today?” Poll and won’t let me select anything or close out, haven’t been able to do anything but log in
Freezes
When I click on app it doesn’t allow me to go any further. It was fine for the first two months but now it won’t let me do anything. Tried to delete app and download again but nothing has changed
App Frozen for newer iPhone users
Apparently not working anymore for newer iPhone users and some other phones. Frozen screen & not letting use the app.

Not loading frozen screen. I emailed them and not getting anywhere missing out on a ton of points cause I can’t claim them.
Great App for Earning Rewards
I love this app as an employee. It’s so easy to earn points in the system and get rewards I want. I click on what I completed, submit proof I completed the task, and wait for my boss to approve it. Then when I want my reward, I just click on the loot in the app and wait for my boss to approve it. Then, the company gives it to me. It’s like Christmas year round. So far, I’ve gotten an Apple Watch and two $500 gift cards as rewards. If I ever have any trouble with the app, the support team is always quick to help fix it. So happy our company has this.

Good application, but keep crashing
Good app when it works, but keeps crashing on iPhone 11 Pro, and my employers iPhone, very frustrating hopefully bugs fixed soon
Please Fix iPhone Notifications
It’s a great app and gives incentives to do extra stuff at work. Myself and multiple other IOS users in our company are not getting notifications upon approvals and we’ve logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled with no fix. Other than that it’s a great app.

Great App to make your business more efficient!
I started using the app 2 weeks now and it’s incredible how important it is becoming to my employees that they earn points! I provide points for my employees to do some of the little things that help us all make money! Example; get to the first job by 8:30am not just show up on time to work, but get out of the shop ready at the job at a certain time. Also big things like complete the weeks route without a customer complaint! And my office staff gets points for every upsell, or closed lead! They try harder now to get sales! Sky is the limit to what you can do. I have realized every employee would like a prize tailored to what they want and this helps me make their goals come true!
