Add/Remove vehicle
App has no option for you to add, change or remove vehicles like some other competitors have on their app ,emailing your assign agent and waiting few days for response it’s ridiculous, to price for poor customer service
Worse App Ever
If I could give Zero stars I would. I have 5 insurance policies and only 4 appear on the app. I have to re enter my financial information for each payment. My agent is very helpful but I hate having to call him for help.
terrible app
A terrible app that doesn't let me pay my monthly payment myself. It's a terrible app, useless, and just takes up space on my phone. All issues must be resolved through an agent.
Payment Amounts
Very disappointed when app won’t allow you to give a different payment amount. Have tried for the pass two weeks and was told by insurance agent that it would be fixed within an hour or two. Would really appreciate if this problem can be fixed soon.
Please fix this app
This app is very hard to operate. Do not recognize your email address or your password is very hard to log onto and pay your bill.
App Hardly Ever Works
This is truly one of the worst apps. You can’t make a payment through it without repeatedly setting up your payment source to still not accept. Two thumbs down!
Needs to have all types of insurance policies available
This is nice for auto insurance, however American national is mostly a life insurance company so it would be soo much easier if they would update it to where the clients can view their policies, make changes and updates, make payments, request withdrawals or loans. Like how National Life Group has it.

Payment Page needs improvement
Would love to have the ability to save my bank account to make my payments. Currently have to enter my bank account number, repeat acct number, routing number and name on account each time I make a payment. Also navigating from one field to the next is met with alignment issues for the data to be entered.

Where’s the update?
I cannot access my account due to the update prompt. When I click on update the AppStore does not show an update.
Painful when you need it.
When you’re stressed reporting a claim is not the time for a clumsy text editor, plus a form that doesn’t save any information til you get ALL the information.
Useless
This app is completely useless, basically lets me login to to tell me I have an account and that’s it can’t see anything can’t view insurance card.
Doesn’t work
Since the new update you have to hit accept or decline for the new terms after logging in. The app will not let me click accept.
Always needing to sign in
On the log in page I have myself marked as “Remember me” and it never does. The password is never saved to my phone either. There’s some disconnect. Super frustrating.

I always have to google the website. The app has never accepted my payment. I submit my payment and it always goes back to add banking account when it has already been done.
Big improvements
The app has improved so much! Love being able to use Face ID to log in and now i can see my documents! Love it!

I am more than pleased with this company and how awesome the insurance agents are at Insurance Hub, Spartanburg, SC. They have worked with me and have awesome rates from what I have heard and seen in other companies. You will be pleased if you give them a try. Can’t be beat in my opinion.

It's a terrible customer service and garbage app.
Could use some improvements
It would be nice to be able to pay it early and if the sending of the code would work quicker instead of 30 mins later
App not working
When I try and open the app all I get is a black screen and nothing happens.
