Keeps charging after canceling subscription
I’ve canceled this account twice and it keeps charging me.
Money Hungry
this app has become entirely useless unless you pay for multiple pricey subscriptions every month to review records. this used to all be included in the price of the DNA kit. it has become entirely useless as a platform and i will be moving forward with an alternative program
Predatory billing company
They slow roll features and results to force you into monthly membership. Good luck finding the “cancel membership” button. I just wanted my DNA analyzed, not a $100/month leach

When I first submitted dna we could see so much with outs the monthly cost but now you have to pay 25$ a month.
