terrible app. especially if it’s for a device as important as Angelsense. i have struggled with it since day one. it won’t let me click anything. i can’t change the phone number for my daughter. literally nothing works.
Great, simple and straightforward app to accompany the AngelSense device
There’s no bells and whistles but it gets what you need done. This is actually a plus because you don’t need a complicated interface when you are trying to locate and/or connect to your child. No complaints and customer service is awesome if you ever have questions.
Brutal App
Unfortunately not a single person who’s ever used or made an app was consulted in the creation of this app.
I copy and pasted the insane password they sent me and it’s incorrect. I got a temporary password that’s also incorrect.
I’m not typing out hdjcja7;$:!.$Yejdjd526; into a password field.

After using this for awhile I can safely say this app is pure garbage. When you need to use it be prepared for a “cannot connect to server” message. Save your money and try something else.

Life changing
I’ve been using angel sense for my son for a while now, and it gives me so much peace of mind. My son is autistic and nonverbal with little to no safety awareness. I can see his location, I get alerts when he arrives and leaves places and check that he made it to school safely without having someone having to update me. I especially like being able to see his route and know where he is when he’s on the bus, especially on days he’s running late. Angel sense is not something I would have hoped to need, but I am immensely grateful that it exists. If you have a child who is nonverbal, wanders, or just needs that extra level of safety and supervision, I absolutely think this is worth looking into.

Security and supervision
This device has brought me peace of mind specially when my son started at a new school where we don’t know anyone. The one way call is my security on check on him and make sure he’s been treated right in school. The only thing is they should provide more monthly phone minutes, other than that this device is AMAZING!

Battery Life
Battery is dying fast. It is difficult to me charge frequently with the frustration of my autistic son.

Absolutely love this for my son. To be able to know where he is, and if he does elope I can track his every move and get first responders as well so much comfort to the mind.
Awful app
Not only I can’t log in because it’s stuck on the infinite loading, I can only use app ONCE after installing because after that it wouldn’t let me past the loading screen and I have to reinstall the app just to get stuck on logging in again.
Parent to eloping autistic children
Our AngelSense device has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our autistic son. One day, he managed to leave the house without us realizing it right away. By the time we found out, he had already made it to an apartment complex down the street.
Because he was wearing his AngelSense device, I was able to immediately see his exact location on the app. Even more importantly, I used the alarm feature, and the sound helped get his attention while I made my way to him. Within minutes, I was able to find him safely.

Non verbal son
My son is autistic/non verbal and is a frequent eloper. This tracker has set my mind at ease when he is at school, it lets me know when he goes from his classroom to the play ground and makes sure to alert me if he steps out of bounds from the school. It’s easy to take apart and put together and a charge can last the whole day. Other features are available like 2 way talking,sound an alarm in case of elopement and recording a message to play during certain times. This device is amazing!

Great device, but no accessibility
The concept behind the AngelSense Guardian app is excellent, especially for safety and emergency support. However, the accessibility of the app is extremely disappointing.
There is little to no support for users who rely on voice accessibility features. Basic functions such as creating a password, logging in, editing schedules, and managing settings become unnecessarily difficult or impossible when using voice control or other accessibility tools.
In this day and age, there is no excuse for an app designed for vulnerable and disabled individuals to overlook accessibility to this extent. It feels like people with additional disabilities beyond tracking needs were simply not considered during development.
The idea is amazing, but the execution leaves many disabled users behind.

Great Product!
So grateful for a real-time gps for my child with Autism. I can see everything live and even communicate with him if need be and he can call me from the watch. Love this product! Highly recommend!

AngleSense changed our lives
My son was delayed and later diagnosed with high functioning autism. We purchased AngleSense before even getting a diagnosis. Slick and smarmy
Gadget was cheap looking and complicated to use needed to have a PhD to figure this thing out was not really designed for a non-special needs child. They are stalling on the return. My deposit. They did not provide a return label although 30 day moneyback guarantee was promoted strongly. Don’t recommend the gadget or the company. Now they’re saying, they may have lost my return which was sent with tracking numbers and ups.
