Absolutely horrible site
Extremely disappointing experience with Angi. I feel like the entire system is designed to take money from contractors without actually providing a fair opportunity to get legitimate jobs. You can spend money on leads and fees and still end up with little or nothing to show for it. The costs add up quickly, while the value you receive is questionable at best. In my experience, the process feels misleading and heavily favors Angi rather than the contractors who are paying for the service. I would strongly recommend doing your research before spending your hard-earned money with this company.

SCAM!!
How are they gonna charge me about $340 to be a pro a month then charge me another, about $200 to accept leads but not guarantee me an actual job. Then to try to cancel I have to pay about 1800 to cancel. Ridiculous. Like why am I the one paying more and more money jst to not get absolutely anything.

Most annoying flaws
Good app overall but 80% of the time when I open it I have to go threw the tour again before I can access my leads. As a business owner time is of the essence so often it happens when I have no time for the 50 questions and is super irritating. After that pretty good app just wish I could copy

Money Robbery and scam
They charge huge amounts of money for one lead and they also send it to other 5 contractors which sometimes the customer they don’t even pick up their phone or they just play around with our time. (Unserious customers)

I’m a licensed contractor looking to expand my client base. Reached out to Angi, apparently it’s a forced subscription, so I’m paying $400+ a month for 8-10 leads. Got it all set up, all the leads I paid for are unresponsive. No joke all the contacts I call text and email don’t reply at all. Angi is a complete scam.

Highly recommend contractors/businesses staying away from signing up to Angi as one of their pros bc it’s a money grab with a lot of false, oversold leads.

Unacceptable lead quality - feels misleading
I have used your service for three and a half months, responded immediately, and handled every lead professionally. The result? Only one job in three and a half months. Lately, roughly95% of the leads were unreachable or simply non-existent. Charging for leads like these is unacceptable and feels misleading. Contractors deserve real, verifiable leads, not dead ends.

This is a fantastic app for pros that offer world class services to their clients. I use it regularly to get jobs on my schedule. When things are slow all I do is turn it on and things are back to busy.

Every lead you get get shared with multiple contractors
Not worth it, it’s like giving your money away. Your competing with multiple contractors for the lead your getting. And not to mention you get charged whether you contact the customer or not.

early payout feature will rob you.
i used the early payment feature for a fee of 1.99. i was charged but never got paid until the following Monday. i don’t recommend using the service because customer service will just BS you then disconnect. my issue wasn’t resolved at all. very disappointing
