Unavailability
App would be amazing except for how difficult it is to find available bikers. Maxim always has available bikers.

OMG
You have to wait 39-60 mins for a ride. No drivers at all. High demand, low supply. Angkas needs to hire more drivers. Itās frustrating to have to wait for over an hour to get a driver.
Abuse of notification permission
This app is in clear violation of the App Store Review Guidelines, specifically provision 4.5.4, which states:
āPush Notifications should not be used for promotions or direct marketing purposes unless customers have explicitly opted in to receive them via consent language displayed in your appās UI, and you provide a method in your app for a user to opt out from receiving such messages.ā
I did not opt in to receive promotional notifications, however just a minute ago I received a one with this message: āoy san ka nanaman pupunta (ā¦) Get 40% off 1 rideā¦ā

App error and crash
Hello. Bakit andaming errors ng bagong app. Minsan d gumagana promo code. Nag cracrash yung app. Hdi nkakabook minsan. Paki ayos nmn po. Sana d ng kayo nag update ng bago kung ganyan nmn kadami errors
UPDATE
The new update is nice. I am giving it 3 stars as the old feature like saving your favorite place was gone. It would be awesome if it was retained for easy access.
Many errors
I often get an error when I start using the app and the app often breaks me no drivers are nearby but I can see drivers on the road just waiting.

Not opening after update
The app informed me to update but after updating i can no longer open it and use it to book a driver, whats going on? Please fix this
Update for Worst
I have been using Angkas because of convenience. But now, I think they are trying to really make things hard for its passengee because they want to demand higher pricing because they dont have competitor. This new update is so hard to use, server error, cant find a driver, location is inaccurate and lot more. So commuters, stop using their service because theyre trying to get more from you.

Unreliable already
I have been an avid customer of this app, helping me in getting to my work without being late.
Now, after the app update, i could no longer book a biker! And since then, had been late from my work. This app has become unreliable. When i book for a biker, its always saying.. āFare computation failed.ā

App doesnāt work
The new update is garbage. Canāt even sign up
Booking Takes Forever After January Update
I started using this app around Christmas last year. Then during the first week of January, they have asked me to update about two or three times after which I could no longer get a biker. It allows you to set your location and destination but once you click booking it just waits forever and tells you that everyone is busy. Iāve waited one time about 30-40 minutes and no booking was made. I was beginning to make this my favorite but it disappointed me big time. I really wish they could fix it, then Iāll rewrite my review and give them a better rating.
