WORST AIRLINE TO TRAVEL
This airline does not have any good business practices. They have no decent customer service to talk to for any issues, delays cancellations And any changes you might have. The worst thing is that they take advantage of any situation to be able to get out of any responsibility they have. They cancelled our flight due to weather and we got stucked in Hongkong for 3 days. They said it will take 15 days to receive the credit and I called after 20 days and the refund was not going to get processed if I didn’t call.

Destination not working
I downloaded this for easier browsing. The part where you input the destination is NOT working. Therefore, totally useless app. Im using IP16 pro 26.6
Worst app in the history of apps
Nothing on the app works at all. It freezes, won’t load properly, 110% useless.

I made a tiny mistake of misspelling the destination because that’s easy to do when you’re a foreigner. I spent over three hours with her customer support text messaging system. When it was all said and done with they made it sound like hey perfect we got you covered. They wanted to charge me another 30,000 on top of the 15,000 that I already paid for the flights and it wouldn’t include any of the additional add-ons that I already paid for. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. You’re better off walking to another island, taking a ferry or find another airline.

Constantly broken, how????
They really need Better coders. The site and app are always having problems.. can’t login.. can’t checkout, Euffff…. How is this possible to have everything broken here? It’s an art
