User interface. Not friendly. A lot of bugs

Very bad UI, not responding well. A tons of updates but nothing improve. Not recommended. Even the website is not working well. Need to fix it.

WORST AIRLINE TO TRAVEL

This airline does not have any good business practices. They have no decent customer service to talk to for any issues, delays cancellations And any changes you might have. The worst thing is that they take advantage of any situation to be able to get out of any responsibility they have. They cancelled our flight due to weather and we got stucked in Hongkong for 3 days. They said it will take 15 days to receive the credit and I called after 20 days and the refund was not going to get processed if I didn’t call.

I downloaded this for easier browsing. The part where you input the destination is NOT working. Therefore, totally useless app. Im using IP16 pro 26.6
