世界一使えないアプリ‼️かも😂笑
座席指定をするためにアプリで手続きを進めましたが、最後の画面になると最初の画面に戻ってしまう現象を何度も繰り返しました。
困りはててコールセンターへ連絡したところ、日本人スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、電話で座席を確保してくださいました。対応には本当に感謝しています。
しかし、その後が問題でした。
座席指定料金はアプリで決済するよう案内されたため再度手続きを行いました。が、決済画面になるとまた最初の画面に戻ってしまいます。そのたびに予約番号とメールアドレスを入力し直さなければならず、とてもストレスでした。
さらに、このアプリは決済が完了しないと荷物の追加やチェックインなど、ほとんど何も手続きができません。
しかも、荷物の追加予約をアプリで済ませられない場合、空港カウンターでは約4倍の料金がかかることになり、非常に不親切だと感じました。
この不具合は、日本出発前だけでなく滞在先のセブ島でも改善されず、結局、往復とも空港カウンターで手続きをすることに。
アプリとしては正直、ほとんど使い物になりませんでした。
一方で、関西国際空港のコールセンターの日本人スタッフの方々、そして空港カウンター責任者の日本人スタッフの皆様の対応は本当に素晴らしく、とても救われました。心から感謝しています。
アプリには大きな改善を期待します。

ALWAYS DELAYED
Look, pay the extra couple hundred pesos and fly any other airline. I've flown Cebu air at least 15 times and NEVER once has the flight taken off on time. Zero!!! And now today... there was a last hour aircraft change. No problem. Safety first and we still boarded on time! But then they load the new plane and I guess these idiots didn't do a head count as the replacement plane was a different type of aircraft. So now staff get on board and ask for volunteers to get off the plane to make room for people still in the terminal. No takers. So now they're counting the empty seats and initiating a "last in first off" policy (Last people to have checked in are getting booted) but between the three grounds crew on the plane they can't come up with a count on the current number of empty seats or how many people still have a ticket for this flight waiting in the terminal for a seat so they know precisely how many people they have to boot. Today is July 5 and it's flight 5J 557 MNL to CEB. Since we are on an A321 ceo now, which holds 230 passengers, I guess the original plane was most likely a 321 neo which hold 236. 9 or 10 people just got escorted off the plane and shafted hard and the rest of us shafted with the delay. But this is par for Cebu Pacific.

Could not add either of the two flights I have scheduled next week after multiple attempts. Don’t waste your time with this dumpster fire app.

Waste of time
When i try to select flights, its keep bringing me back to the homepage. Cant do anything
glitchy app design
so im trying to make an account because you need an account in order to add on additional things to your flight and manage it, however despite attempting to make an account numerous times and trying to verify it with multiple emails AND using the website to try and do so, i am unable to do it whatsoever. there is a sale popup which follows you no matter what which is irritating on top of the fact that the process to make an account is very slow, difficult and unresponsive.

Should be called snail pacific
The app is just like the airline itself. Super slow and never on time. Would not recommend.
App doesn’t open!
The current update won’t open - sticks on the initial screen endlessly and some screen never opens. Completely useless.
Zero stars
I updated the app and now it doesn’t work. It keeps adding things I don’t want and when I try to delete them it sends me in a loop. Great update guys (Sarcasm).

Cannot add my booking to this app and cannot update my details so it matches my ticket! Sort this crapp out!

Worst flight ever
This is the worst plane ever, Super slow, always late, useless crew in the airport, Costumer service be asking you a lot of question then left you hanging, saying the live agents are having error. Uselessssss appppp uselesssssssss

Everytime I want to use the app to book a flight its just doesnt work at all, garbage app of all time!
FIX YOUR APP
Downloaded the App for faster future transactions, but it won't let me Add my Booking! It keeps on saying "We can't add this booking to your account" but when I add or search my booking details to their website, it shows up! AGAIN, FIX THIS APP!!!!
Unsmooth add on experience
Not happy that I have to download the app in order to manage my add ons as the option is not available on the website. And I have to create an account. And after all that I have done, I couldn’t change my seats on the app? I had to call the customer service, which they told me that the seats that I have chosen have been initially blocked on the system due to some reasons? Oh yeah? Why wasn’t it shown on the app. And booking the the extra paid seats are more expensive than choosing from the app… Is this all just a conspiracy?

Your app is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t be leaving the review if it wasn’t for the fact you are forced to use the app to manage a booking if it’s associated with a login. You absolute m******

Useless app
It is amazing that the developers don’t test the app before it is released. It behaves erratically and often is inoperable.
