Update pop up glitch
I’ve updated to the latest version and it still pops up that I need to update.
Also, if I’m listening to Apple Music on my phone and then go into the app, it automatically stops my music. Lastly, I wish that I can see all the cameras at once instead of having to click each one every time. When my elderly mom walks from the kitchen to her bedroom I have to constantly switch camera views. Please make the app more efficient and fix the issues

Video Loading Issues
The camera works great and records good quality as needed. Its the playback that is a problem. App is updated, Camera has been unplugged, reset, and internet connection is basically 100%. Wont load recordings.
Pretty great app and hardware!
Anona must have started a new app or something because there were many more negative reviews before this one. That being said, I bought the smart lock maybe a year ago and was very disappointed as I could not get it to connect to the app and returned it. I saw that they consistently updated their app and decided to give it another shot. I now have four of these in my house, and they are amazing! They seem very high end, especially for what you pay. I highly recommend these.
I did some research and it looks like Anona is part of the Xiaomi umbrella, if that matters to you. They are as reputable imo.

Poor control of video recording to easily move forward or backward without having to struggle
I’ve been trying to find a way for being able to see the recording and it’s sad that there’s no option to easily move forward or backwards the recording with different speeds not just till 2X only

Glitchy app, inconsistent camera
Camera continually refuses to record events. We’ve tried everything: rebooted, reset WiFi, ensured SD card is working. Returning to Amazon.
Worst cameras I’ve ever had
It’s constantly always loading for transmission line very unsafe if anything were to happen you’d be to late to see anything !
Can’t export videos
I should be able to export all clips to my computer. If the app can’t do that for faster playback, it’s useless to me. I view 24/7 footage and need to go through it quicker than 2x. App is glitchy too. Playback struggles

Amazing app
The app works smooth. The camera is connected within a minute. The update took not even five minutes. The scheduling was understandable and easy to set. Highly recommended.
Ai Detection
Will give sporadic notifications and AI and detection on max 7 still misses detections right in front of camera
Honest review
Everything works well and as expected. I was curious why the bad reviews, but the app works great so I am puzzled. It’s quick and easy to use. I’ll update my review if I find anything worth mentioning. Also, the cameras I bought also are fantastic. Really hard to believe they put everything into these cameras and they still work so well. Anona has my attention.

Not worth the money
Worked for the first two weeks and then an update ruined everything. Haven’t worked right in months
now night vision not auto detect
Hi, this cam never worked well, from difficult connection to unusable for auto detection or night vision, very prompt to get glares from anything shiny. Difficult to manage a memory card too from time to time it says not detected i need to reformat. No battery, you have to find an outside source and connect it with a cable. Vision during the day ok. Very irritating the voice, this cam talks and I can’t find a way to turn it down or off, in the middle of the night if connection is lost or need to restart it talks , loud too.

App and device stop working
Don’t waste your money buying this product. The app and the devised stoped working after 24h.
Inconsistent and Unreliable
This app works for a few months and then stops functioning consistently. I have extreme difficulty when playing back any prerecorded footage and I am no unable to view quick live snips when I try to open and access. It stays on securing line. My cameras were also offline for almost 3 days for no reason. I unplugged, reset, changed the position and nothing. Then all of a sudden it was back on. This system is very unreliable and does not grant me the piece of mind I was looking for. I wish I could return. I wouldn’t recommend.

Great app & devices
I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. The app does not seem glitchy- it actually is pretty smooth and fast. The camera’s have excellent picture and were very easy to set up. Again, I’m brutally honest with my reviews. I’m not sure why this app gets a bad rating. But whatever changes they have made recently are paying off.

Getting stuck
It was working in the beginning but after some time it got stuck. You cannot reset, if you reset also it will again get stuck on reinstalling. Its so much headache, I dont know where is the issue,worst app ever .minus rating
