Yes, I admit I am addicted to well made clothing that often seems couture! Their clothing fits me well and the design and varied selection is amazing. Anthropology clothing can even make a bad day feel less daunting, because a well fitting outfit can help to boost confidence.
Good but needs a “sale” section
I’m trying to find the sale section. Where is it? Otherwise, really great!!!
Soft n light weight comforters
Not only Anthropologie has the cutest printed comforters but also they are softest and light weight. I use them winter n summer and they are the only ones that don’t irritate my skin. I also always get compliments on how cute they are I found out about them years ago when I couldn’t afford them but still bought them and been using same brand til now. And I gift them to those I love. I even took them over sees for most of my family

I placed an order in July. I received broken items. It has been very difficult dealing with them to get replacements. It has been 8 weeks and I still don’t have what I paid for. I may have to do a charge back with my credit card at this point.

Customer non service
The customer service is very bad.
I have had many orders cancelled without explanation. When I call customer service, it’s escalated and yet nothing happens.
I have been sent wrong items and I have to go through many hoops to prove myself as if I did something egregious.
I used to buy exclusively from here. These problems have been you going on for years. I hoped they would be rectified by now but they are actually worse.
It’s very frustrating and disappointing but there are many retailers with great customer service out there.

Over rated shipping
You have a sale then charge outrageous shipping. Tax is often unavoidable but shipping costs is extremely expensive. It literally buying it at regular price. Ridiculous!
