Wrong and incomplete items
I had ordered 4 items however wrong items were delivered. Ghee and Amlaprash were not fouling the delivery. I kept waiting that order may come separately but status shows all items delivered. Disappointed and would not like to order again.

First time user with multiple order trials
Tried multiple times to place an order on the app with issue on the payments page, where OTP is not triggered or credit card payment is not processing. Also failed multiple payment wallets to get the trigger for UPI mode. Back button is missing on cart page. Apart from these issues the UI of the app is good and smooth. Pls solve the payment linking issue

Delivery related and customer support issue
They are doing very slow delivery in tier 1 city (Metro city) I ordered on 5th April still order was not delivered. Product is good but due to slow delivery process I have to shift other product. Customer support is also lazy he is not responding and not responsible towards their customer.

I tried Anveshan a year back and since then I am a regular with them. All their products are excellent and. They deliver in time and customer service is also great. Very very happy with Anveshan. Keep going and doing great!!!!

Can’t change the product size from app
I wanted to buy 1 litre Evoo olive oil . The default pack is 250 ml , it is not letting me change the product to 1 ltr . Tried to do it from every step even at checkout but it is not allowing . Please check into this bug .

Plays an unnecessary marketing ad during purchase
When I am in middle of the purchase, not sure why the app plays a marketing ad in between. It really brings down the customer experience.

Pathetic delivery system
Had ordered the product and was informed that it will be delivered in two days , but even after 6 days I haven’t received the product. When enquired i was told that the product is with shipper and will not be able to cancel it as well. Waiting to get a cooking oil for 7 days. What more disappointing is nobody even called me to inform what is the order status. Don’t expect the quick delivery from them
