The mobile app is not user friendly - very hard to browse the products, cancel items in the cart, etc

Wrong and incomplete items

I had ordered 4 items however wrong items were delivered. Ghee and Amlaprash were not fouling the delivery. I kept waiting that order may come separately but status shows all items delivered. Disappointed and would not like to order again.

I am using this products since last 3 years purchase from Flipkart and today I have installed the app and order items

First time user with multiple order trials

Tried multiple times to place an order on the app with issue on the payments page, where OTP is not triggered or credit card payment is not processing. Also failed multiple payment wallets to get the trigger for UPI mode. Back button is missing on cart page. Apart from these issues the UI of the app is good and smooth. Pls solve the payment linking issue
