Gute Sache

Die App liefert alle Informationen die man braucht, man kann Dokumente senden und auch empfangen, ein Besuch in Center ist nicht mehr notwendig.
Etwas umständlich ist die Anmeldung jedesmal

Komplizierte Anmeldung, aber dann gute Funktion

Die Anmeldung ist echt aufwändig und zeitraubend, und ich habe den Support benötigt - nun läuft alles, und ist recht funktional und übersichtlich gestaltet...
Wegen des Anmeldeprozesses leider nur 4 Sterne - da bin ich immer noch etwas sauer...

seit Mitte Januar defekt

nach mehrfachen Support Anfragen wird immer nur ein Rückruf angeboten der dann willkürlich irgendwann am Tage zurückruft, und glaubt, dass alle zu Hause sitzen und auf den Anruf warten , unfassbar.

Looks can be deceiving.

Look great. Functions worse than most any app I’ve known. Data never loads. Spins and spins. No feedback as to why. You click on buttons and no responsiveness whatsoever. Is it loading? Did you even click the button? Who knows. They’re pushing like a suite of 3 apps and all over them are horrendously slow, and the user has no idea why there are 3 different apps from the same damn company, PLUS none of the three are responsive.

Security of data is super high if not even you yourself can ever access it! “Most secure app in the App Store!” … because it’s so overloaded with bloat and security that it doesn’t even function.

Horrible. Did you even test this outside your labs?

Should be called the “AOK: Ihre Daten werden geladen…” App. Because that’s all it does.

Gute App aber

Es gut, übersichtlich aufgebaute App. Leicht verständlich aber bis man in die App kommt, Wahnsinn. Es ist schlimmer und unverständlich für Laien aufgebaut als bei einer Bank. Jemand der sich nicht auskennt, kommt ohne Fremde Hilfe nicht in diese App. Warum so kompliziert, alles reden über ihre Krankheiten, die AOK tut als ob es ein Staatsgeheimnis wäre.

Bin in Zukunft gespannt ob alles so funktionier.

Danke, das freut uns! Die elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) enthält besonders sensible Gesundheitsdaten. Daher gelten hier strengere gesetzliche Vorgaben als z. B. beim Online-Banking. Laut dem Patientendatenschutzgesetz (PDSG) und § 341 Sozialgesetzbuch V (SGB V) darf nur eine sogenannte „starke Authentifizierung“ verwendet werden – sie muss dem hohen Vertrauensniveau nach der europäischen eIDAS-Verordnung entsprechen.
