Overrun with rubbish

It would be ok except for the annoying advertisements that you can’t turn off.
No matter how many times I delete this rubbish it still reappears

Don't panic

Everyone, just add AOL to Apples Mail app, you can still access your emails that way.
Just forget about the AOL email app and it's in-your-face adverts.

Email

Would be better if you could attach an aol email in to another aol rmail

New AOL update not compatible for my iPhone

I have been using AOL for emails since 1995 I am now unable to use this on my iPhone as I do not have iOS 17 or later to use the latest AOL update on my phone. I will now have to use an alternative email provider and change my email address which I have used for over 30 years. I am utterly disappointed with AOL

I WILL AWARD YOU NO STARS

0/10

Just been told I have to upgrade my phone to iso 17 to carry on using. I can’t afford to buy a new phone and my hospital appointments for my bowl cancer are through e-mails.

30 odd years

I had been using AOL Mail for over 30 odd years then find today l can no longer access my emails due to their upgrade.
No warning no nothing just did it.
Not everyone can afford to go out and get a new phone just like that.
Thank You AOL …. for nothing.

Ad covers entire app

Ad now cover the entire screen preventing me from viewing emails with no way to dismiss the ad.
Have already placed a one star review, why has that been deleted?

Update, why?, why does an email app need to ask permission to store cookies, why is an email app even using cookies?

Some good news, the adverts stopped a few months ago so i haven't updated the App since, why would i want to restore the adverts?

Update 31st Aug 2026, just opened the app to be greated with a message telling me the version i am using is no longer supported, i am being forced into an update, i expect when i do update it that the adverts will come back, nice one aol.

Yep, as expected, the banner adverts are back taking up a quarter of the screen, yay!
