Very Satisfied.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The app interface is very user-friendly, making it easy to track my order in real-time. My food arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected, perfectly packaged and still hot. The delivery partner was very polite and followed my drop-off instructions perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again.😊

Huge Food Variety in One App

I really like how it shows a variety of restaurants and deals in one place, so I don’t have to keep switching between apps. Delivery has been mostly smooth, and the tracking feature is pretty accurate. Plus, the discounts and offers, i love them.

APeats is a lifesaver for us in Arunachal. Finally a local delivery app that covers Itanagar, Naharlagun, Ziro and more.

Food arrived warm and the COD + UPI options are super convenient. Love supporting an Arunachal startup instead of waiting for big apps to come here.

Delivery did take ∼45 mins once, and the app loads a bit slow. ₹300 minimum order is also tricky for small snacks. But overall it does the job. Hope they keep improving. Worth supporting!

Scam

I ordered veg kimchi fried rice which am extremely disappointed about cause it was nothing like kimchi fried rice and more like only kimchi and tofu floating in water . Food was super bland that it felt like flavour was almost nonexistent ughhh sooo disappointed i also ,felt like i was given the wrong order or the food wasn’t cooked properly because it’s definitely not what kimchi fried rice is supposed to taste like

Would not recommend ordering this dish .

Late delivery and delivery charges un-matched with the service.

The delivery is always minimum 2hrs late and the food that delivered are also cold most of the time, when it must hot-served actually. The delivery charges and extra charges are too high, not just for the food, it is even very high for the bad services that this app is providing. It is very disappointing as there are not much food delivery app in our area.

Worst experience

I’ve been using APeats for a while now but recently it has become very disappointing, to the point of me needing to delete this app.
First of all the order is never, and I mean never on time
Once u ordered from a restaurant and it wasn’t delivered till 9 pm and I ordered it at 7 pm So i was trying to contact the delivery boy, but even the call wasn’t going through!
Then they cancelled it on their own!
And now too as I am trying to order something, as I am clicking on cash on delivery it’s saying it isn’t available and when I am trying to pay online still it is saying cod isn’t available
Would seriously not recommend this app, just use zomato, much better.

Not satisfied:Pricey and Poor app experience

I’ve used APeats a few times, and while the delivery is okay, there are several issues that really need fixing. The portion size is too small compared to the high prices it doesn’t feel worth the amount paid.
I also faced a frustrating issue I applied a ₹60 discount coupon before checkout, but it got removed automatically after I placed the order. There’s also no option to cancel the order immediately after placing it even a 1–2 minute cancel window would be very helpful in case of mistakes or app glitches.
And one more thing the app says “no order is too small,” but then sets a minimum order of ₹300! What if I just want a drink or a quick snack? That minimum limit is honestly ridiculous.
Total disappointment never using this app again !!!

Late delivery , overpriced & the delivery boys never having changes

This app used to be my go-to app but recently, it keeps on disappointing me , the delivery always takes more than 2hour to reach my destination , which is happening more frequently in the recent days. The food also always amount upto a quite lot than the actual price and lastly not to mention , the delivery boys never have changes on them if ordered COD .

2 annoying points

1st is minimum 300 rs order . Imaging i had a dinner already and i want a drink for 200rs there are nothing on the menu that fits the remaining 100rs margin , i had to order a dinner again just to get that drink.

2nd, i wish i could order from multiple restaurant at once .

Scammed

I send 609 rs from UPI to apeast wallet and when I check my apeast wallet it shows 0 rs .I check my transaction on UPI it says payment done successfully and balance also deducted.
