Why would Ranger Rover associate themselves with this horrible app? Information is not real time. I think I will delete the app.

Do not let the dealership or salesman tell you that this is a mandatory purchase. I went to two Land Rover’s, both owned by Hennessy in Atlanta area and one dealership told me it was a mandatory purchase, and the other dealership told me it was optional. I ended up being convinced that it would be worth the purchase, and paid $500 for it. Let me tell you, the app started out as super buggy and it hasn’t updated the location of my vehicle in eight months (I’ve had my car for 9months) and they have zero customer service. Please don’t waste your money or time on this trash app.

I got this while purchasing my 2025 Chevy. Stopped tracking my car 2 weeks in with a free year coverage. Nothing wrong with my tracker, I had the dealer make sure. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for the service but was included with purchase. Waste of my time

When purchasing my Range Rover, the dealership highly promoted this app. I expected this to have better features and real time notifications.
I’ve noticed that the app does not alert you until about 10/15 minutes after a trigger has occurred. What is the point of using this especially to get alerts when your car has been moved IF it takes this long to receive the notification.
Please fix this. Make your notifications in real-time. The delay is way too long. Also, would love to see a more engaging and interactive app. This is extremely boring.

Location Problem
Does not keep up with vehicles location. App is delayed with showing your current location. Arrives and leaves location within my geofences when the vehicle is not moving. Was working well during my free trial from the dealership, however when I purchased the additional year the location tracking is terrible.

Displaying incorrect tracking info
The tracking information is completely inaccurate. My car could be safely parked in my driveway and the map shows it driving across town. After a month the app also randomly told me my car was disconnected from the GPS and no longer tracked. What is going on? Do not recommend this to anyone.
Very Unreliable and Worthless!!
This app never updates. It’ll always shows where the vehicle was hours ago. It Takes forever to update the location of the vehicle. Sometimes it never does. I’ve gone a day or two with no update on the location. Sick of this app it’s 100% worthless

Trash system
The first indication that a company is inept is the app doesn’t have landscape mode. Right as I began typing this I got another motion alert from my car in the garage. These false alerts happen all day long with my car sitting in my garage. I watched my car move around at the dealer for the month the accessories were being installed. Then when it was to be trucked to my home, it went dark when they loaded it into the truck and didn’t give an alert for leaving the geofence of the dealership which I set up. Then I didn’t get a single notification for a 400 mile trip that was over 8 hours long. Google maps has live movement as you drive using their directions and Apex can’t give you one update in an enclosed truck in 8 hours and 400 miles. So if your car is stolen, it will be in South America and you won’t get any alerts. The company gave me all kinds of excuses like, “we don’t want owners to be able to track their vehicles so they don’t go looking for it”… Not up to you buddy! They also claimed that IF my vehicle is stolen, THEN they turn on tracking. This kind of nonsense is what inept companies do. They won’t pay for appropriate tracking nor notifications and I’m getting alerts as I write this for my vehicle moving and it hasn’t moved since it was delivered last month. Apple tags are more accurate. When the free trial is over I’m having their equipment removed. Can you believe that nonsense.. “we don’t want owners to be able to see where their car is when it’s stolen.” That is how you go out of business. And they will!

It was included in my car perchase with no option to reject, when I try to track my car it does not work, last location update is for over 17 days and still.

Should be optional if you want to purchase this for your vehicle! The tracking is hours delayed! And the dealership or finance company keeping tabs on where I am just doesn’t sit well with me! The car will be parked and I’ll receive a notification that the car is moving and the car is still parked! The movement was from 12 hours ago! It’s very delayed and not accurate! Very disappointed that I had no choice with the purchase of this!!!

I bought a new 2023 Harley and the dealer sold this to me. I park my Harley in a garage and it can’t find a signal to see the satellite. It drained my battery in less than 24 hours. This is supposed to be so great at locating your vehicle if it is stolen, but if the crafty thief parks it inside you are screwed!!! It never accurately says where the bike is. My bike is at the Harley dealership for 2 weeks, yet the Apex app says it’s happily parked here at my apartment. Ummm. No, no it isn’t. So I paid 600.00 for an absolutely worthless service. I wish I could give this 0 stars!

Doesn’t work
I have to constantly call to have the location updated and it takes days. I will not be renewing my subscription. Great idea, horrible software.
Designed for Dealers; paid by customers
This is a ripoff scam. No idea what data is collected or who they sell to. Dealers claim it’s a antitheft service. LOL. Largely designed and used by dealers to manage their inventory.

No audible notifications?
I have no issue with the app telling me where my vehicle is. My main issue is I receive no audible notifications. When my vehicle leaves the geofence all I receive is a badge across the screen. I have checked my settings, that is not the issue. I have the app set up to break through my do not disturb at night. However, if there are no audible notifications then how am I supposed to know if the vehicle has moved? Is the light from the banner pop up supposed to be enough to awaken someone? Love that it tracks my vehicle but what’s the point if there’s no sound or notification other than a banner on the screen?
