Joke of an app.
Charged £4 for cancelling when they were unable to provide a taxi. Waited half an hour for nothing, was able to get a taxi immediately elsewhere.
Multiple better taxi services in Wrexham don’t waste your time with Apollo.

Easy to book, very efficient service
Service on both trips taken today was excellent
Apple Pay not Working.
The app is easy to use with a modern design, but when trying to pay with Apple Pay I’m greeted with an error message asking to double-check the app is registered to use Apple Pay. If/When this issue is fixed I’d rate the app 5 stars.

terrible. didn’t show up, had no tracking on the app even when they said the trip was in progress. never again
