Doesn’t work
It worked the first time and despite trying everything I can’t get it to work now. Such a bummer cause it was nice when it first worked.
Great idea but does not work
The idea of this app is incredible. To be able to watch whatever TV is on at the gym sounds great except in reality the system crashes and never works.
Connection issues
Trouble connection. All in and out all the time, even though you connected with the correct Wi-Fi.

I have tried multiple times on multiple days and have made sure all troubleshooting is done before getting upset. I have also connected to it so I do know how to use .. I have maybe connected 2/20 times and have given up ! This is a problem with either the club, the app or my phone .. I have ruled out my part and my phone connects to everything else … please update or get rid of this !! Very frustrating to not be able to hear the tv’s in the gym to pass the time …

—App seems buggy when I connect to a tv at planet fitness/other businesses that uses this app to connect to the tvs seems to sound like it makes a weird puffy sound every 2 seconds audio sounds good except the puffy sound every 2 seconds or it makes a static sounds if it doesn’t sound puffy noises

App crash
Love the app but have experience recent random crashes.

Can’t find the venue even when I am standing next to the router and TV and on WiFi

Constantly down
Have used/tried using at PF & Chuze. When it’s up it works fine. When it’s down it takes forever to fix. PF & Chuze both say it’s not their problem. Works about 50% of time. Find an alternative if you can.

It worked for a while years ago, but not now. I tried it another gym recently and got no where.

This app is a huge disappointment. It won’t connect to the 24 Hour Fitness audio. Tried the recommended troubleshooting tips. No go. Waste of my time and 24 Hour Fitness’ money.

I cannot get connection to venue. It simply times out every instance.
The trainers there said they have quite a few people with iPhone having same issue. No connection to venue. While others connect instantly.
Since there is no comprehensive setup given and no appaudio in general>settings what are those to do?

Don’t waste your time.
This is a a garbage app. It won’t connect in ANY venue.
Not a reliable app
This is definitely a product with a critical flaw- it won’t connect. Just runs the “venue scan” countdown to failure. I am thankful that my podcast apps work flawlessly so I have something to listen to while I am at the gym. I don’t know how much 24 Hour Fitness pays for this useless app - but they and their customers are being ripped off.
