So like I was looking for an aesthetic note taking app like notion, and ChatGPT recommended this app. Mobile version is not compatible on my desktop, so I used the desk top version and oomagaud! Soooo amazing! My note taking apps have never been this unlimited ( unlike a bunch of stupid subscription apps)

Best option for self hosting for projects and organization
Before we started this we didn’t have a good system for collaboration on projects. Now app flowy solved this. We use it for our international business and project management
Please flush out mobile experience
The desktop and web app are great alternatives to Notion. The past few weeks have been easier for planning and quick note-taking.
Unfortunately, the iPad has not yet been given justice. A similar experience to the Mac app will solidify this platform for me. Block editing and reorganizing is overall quite clunky on the mobile applications as well. I am happy with the direction this project is heading in.

Love self hosting
Love that you can run a docker self hosted version of app flows cloud and also use the mobile app. Wish I could use my ollama instance to help revise my documents inline.
horizontal ipad viewing is uncomfortable
the aspect ratio is that of a vertically-rotated iphone when on ipad + horizontal view, there are no chart or graph views for databases, and there aren’t formulas either, otherwise great app

每次打开白屏半天，1 分钟到数分钟之间。原来是调了你们服务器的接口，我没开代理时打开白屏原来是在等接口超时。开了代理之后就瞬间打开了。

Lacking native MacOS
Live at first sight until I couldn’t make this app working on Mac. As a heavy Mac user yet to have a sync with other devices, I would love to have 1) native macOS app with sync. 2) import from notes and other sources. Thank you.
Love the app but the bottom scrollbar
Great on iOS and Mac, but on Mac the bottom scrollbar is very hard to use
Doesn’t have an iPad app
The app really needs to be updated to work on the iPad. Currently it just emulates an iPhone version of the app.
Notion alternative
Clean UI, multi platform, free, open source. It's even offline compatible. This is amazing.
Looking promising
Such a great app. Loving it so far. I deducted one star because there is no native iPad app. Try it if you are looking for Notion replacement.

Best app for organizing ideas!
I found this while searching for a notion alternative, everything is free, no subscription. Looks very similar to notion, has almost all the same features, along with AI. It is perfect if you don’t wanna spend a ton of money on stupid subscription apps (every app these days).

Recommended! Nice to see an open source project that seems well-run & making a useful product. It's a level now where I feel comfortable using it in a business setting.

The team has done well here. I’d say it’s 90% there; still some glitches but it works easily well enough to use for business.

Great app
Great alternative to notion. The app is very simple to use with AI built in. It allows you to work offline where the connection is unstable. I love that I can upload pictures and files as well.
