Freezing issues

The past couple days my workout freezes and then ends. I have to restart and it won’t allow me to fast forward to where it left off. If it keeps doing this there’s no point in me using the app.

It’s okay but lacks how to’s

The app overall has some good points, it does promote being active, however, the Fitness+ programs lack how to’s. Some of the moves in the HIIT go so quick and aren’t always easy to pickup. They need to provide a series where you can learn the different moves at a slow pace so that when you do a workout, you can follow.

They also need to start categorizing the different sessions and allow filter by upper vs lower body, filtering by beginners, easy, medium or hard, or maybe filter by move. Filtering would allow you to build a better custom plan that really focuses on those areas you want focused.

Lastly, why isn’t Sunday included in custom plan?

Great app

Great app, but could be improved by having an animated icon, e.g. tracking your ring progress so the rings on the icon show your stats from Apple Watch fitness and what you've been doing. Overall no changes needed but that would be nice.

Amazing if you already know how to exercise safely

I love this app. The trainers are wonderful, and I really enjoy being able to do a variety of activities without having to book a ton of classes. I don’t have a reliable schedule, so it’s a huge relief to be able to do my workouts from home at any point during a 24 hour period. For me, the balance of motivational coaching and comfort and privacy is perfect.

I’ve had a lot of training in a wide variety of physical activities under direct supervision from teachers and coaches. I already know how to do most of the exercises with good and safe technique, and how to create and modify workout plans for myself. From talking to other people, I get the sense that the app may not be as helpful if you’re starting with less experience. As much as I prefer not having to go to the gym, there’s a lot of benefit to learning the fundamentals in person from someone who can give you direct feedback.

The one change I’d personally really like to see is some recognition that exercising relentlessly no matter what is not actually good for your health. It’s kinda disheartening to see something like proper care for an injury or abstaining from overtraining counted as failing at your fitness goal when it’s a vital part of fitness. Some days you should absolutely not be trying to close any rings. It would be great to see a healthier approach to fitness reflected in the app.

Bring back the Fitbit app

Not sure what happened to the fitbit app but the apple fitness app direct work well with my Fitbit… it doesn’t sync well and the step count is inaccurate.

The widget

I’ve used this ever since I got my Apple Watch 2 years ago recently I decided to change the face on my watch so I took off the activity screen and change however i wanted to still be able to track it during my busy days so I put the fitness widget on my lock screen on my iPhone it doesn’t update accurate it just stay black I’ve tried every trick I can think of to make it work and it doesn’t

Watch is unresponsive

App is unresponsive on watch. I have to use my phone to interact with it.

Basic math is beyond this app

Step counting and milage data rolls up into historical trends. Annoying that averages shown will be under every recorded value. As an example, I've 20-25k steps every day all week and average daily shows 18k.

Don’t restrict to use only apple watch when you do if apple doesn’t have a fitness bands to ware 24h

Even when data is available in Apple Health with workouts from other fitness bands like whoop or google fitbit aur or garmin, still the rings and other matrix are not available then whats the use ?

Ok

It seems like it could be a wonderful app was doing extremely well at tracking my steps work out but here the last three months or so it’s not been tracking my work out as well as starting to keep track and then when done it will cut me short by at least 20 minutes it’s very frustrating

Stand up at 2am!?

I set my sleep time - have the stand up hours at 10 hrs - watch and phone on DND for the night - got up at 2:20 for relief, back in bed to drift off and woken with haptics to remind me to stand at 2:48… If this app wakes my limited sleep again I will find a new app- there should be a help or report option at least in the phone app side of things.

What idiot designed this app?

The Fitness app on my iPhone is great. It shows me summary data from my workouts. The iPad app on the other hand, is just a platform to use fitness plus videos apparently. What a tremendously horrible design choice. I would love to have a large screen where I could view my workout history and data and more detail. Instead, I get some worthless app that offers me the chance to watch workout videos. Thanks a lot. I go to the gym six times a week. This app is absolute garbage and the people that made this decision to not make it work with the Fitness app on iPhone and Apple Watch should be fired. IT SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE THE SAME NAME!

Input your own workout

Need to have a way to input your own workout rather than just the ones offered; like “house cleaning” or “gardening” “mowing the lawn “.

How do I delete it?

Pls don’t call me lazy

MORE KPOP NOW!!!!

Hi! I really loved this app, but I like dancing, and I feel like there should be more varieties of songs that EVERYONE will like, for example, what do you mean there’s only two kpop sessions??? I think there should be more options for those who like kpop!

Good app

I like this app so much my dad showed me this app and I right think it’s very useful

Not tracking all of my Steps

App isn’t tracking all of my steps. It tracked half of my miles today.

Huawei was much better at steps

I can walk a couple of miles and it logs that I have only walked 200 steps! This app is very erratic- it doesn’t change as you walk! I really can’t understand how in 2026 apple has such a useless app for steps counting! Maybe to make you pay for a better one! With my Huawei phone I never had this problem! I will always swear that Huawei was a better phone and that’s why big tech had them removed from the market!
