Really bad customer fulfillment
They have no customer service and never show up for any delivery or service appointments. It has been over a month past their original delivery date and still nothing! When you call in they have no idea what’s going on with your order and this app malfunctions left and right. Best course of action is find somewhere else to get your appliances, because this is place will just give you stress and headaches!

Said I was done paying for my machine yet company sent me to claims for $97
App is pretty bad
I haven’t had any problems with the company (but the equipment hasn’t had any problems either) but the app is in horrible shape. I have to enter in my card info every time I pay even though it says it is saved, random time during the day it will say it’s not working or there is an internet problem when literally everything else in my house is working. Says the app hasn’t been updated in 5 years which is probably why it has so many problems.

They really need to update this app…. I can’t even pay a bill now because it says my internet services isn’t working… this has been going on a while month… UPDATE YOUR APP. Or you’ll lose more customers.
