Really bad customer fulfillment
They have no customer service and never show up for any delivery or service appointments. It has been over a month past their original delivery date and still nothing! When you call in they have no idea what’s going on with your order and this app malfunctions left and right. Best course of action is find somewhere else to get your appliances, because this is place will just give you stress and headaches!

App is pretty bad
I haven’t had any problems with the company (but the equipment hasn’t had any problems either) but the app is in horrible shape. I have to enter in my card info every time I pay even though it says it is saved, random time during the day it will say it’s not working or there is an internet problem when literally everything else in my house is working. Says the app hasn’t been updated in 5 years which is probably why it has so many problems.

They really need to update this app…. I can’t even pay a bill now because it says my internet services isn’t working… this has been going on a while month… UPDATE YOUR APP. Or you’ll lose more customers.

I’d give it zero, if I could. I waited a whole week and took the day off for this repair because I don’t just like leaving my place open for just anyone. I had a hard time getting a hold of them from 8 am - 11:30 then I finally got a answer. He said they have anywhere between 5 to get to me. Literally a hour later I’m scheduled for another week wait. I wouldn’t suggest this for anyone else. You have to pay close to $70 a month for this service and there unreliable equipment. Now I got to deal with the mold for another week, that was caused by this machine.

Poor Service
I was supposed to have someone come work on a supposedly new dryer that now does not dry, but was told they could not come in the afternoon to service my address. I called to reschedule and was told that there’s no way to guarantee an afternoon appointment and was hung up on. We’ll just be giving back these trash appliances at this point.

Their appliances are disaster and customer service is another , it takes hours to connect to them and speak . Their portal is another disaster where you can’t modify an existing or cancel an existing work order. My washer stopped working and the ETA to get it done is 40 days.

I tried multiple times to push the continue button on the screen and it wouldn’t advance. I would just call. App is a waste of time.

First of all, I have seen couches in the dumpster that look newer than this app. As soon as I opened it I was back in the early 2000s. Nothing works at all and that’s not an exaggeration. This app is literally useless. Input all of my info multiple times just for nothing to happen at the end. The website is just as bad.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Nothing works on it. If you enter some information wrong, the app will not accept the new info. The biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen.

App needs to be updated
This app needs to be updated so it can be used with ios11. Also it doesn’t store your information so every month I have to renter my credit card info. Needs work.
