バーコードリーダーが機能しない
iphone12で使っていますが、広角レンズしか使えないため、QRコードにフォーカスが合わず機能しません。デフォルトで使うレンズを設定できるようにして欲しい。そしたら星5にします。
App works, but iPad app could be better.
I have no complaints with it on the iPhone, but the iPad version leaves a lot to be desired. I resorted to using the web app on my iPad instead. The native app cannot be freely resized. So, if I’m using it side by side with another app (putting items in stock for example by looking at an invoice), it just doesn’t look right. No problems with resizing the web app.

Glitches
I’ve had to pay two different plans just to figure out why the app is glitching. Not updating properly and then crashing when a project is selected stating payment plan issues when I have the receipts for paying. Fix it or I want at least a refund.
Pretty poor
The app itself is pretty substandard. I often have problems, even after I follow all of the optimisation tips they give you. Firstly, it takes up a LOT of battery power and overheats your battery like crazy. If you’re using mobile data, which you most likely will be, it uses so much of it to sync any changes you make. I’ve actually had to upgrade my data plan to unlimited just so I don’t run out (I was getting 150GB a month before). The app also just crashes every few minutes you use it whilst online. It’ll let you save whatever you were doing but then you’ll need to go back to the homepage to continue. Every now and again, it will not actually save a change you’ve made, even after syncing the data. Overall, a poorly designed app. None of these problems occur with the desktop version, it’s actually pretty good however, you can’t use it on a mobile device so that’s not really worth much.

It would be great if they could name the app Nourish LA.
Was working… now it isn’t
This app used to be excellent! Now it crashes every single time I open it. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro running 18.7.2. Please fix this app. My company uses this app for database entry and I really need this to be accessible everywhere I go.
