En plus d’être des escrocs, votre application ne fonctionne pas et buggy en permanence! Vraiment des bons à rien

Scam.

APRIL International renewed my health insurance contract without my consent after the previous one expired. I cancelled immediately on the same day the new contract supposedly began, so it should never have been processed. Despite this, I spent weeks going back and forth with APRIL, who repeatedly demanded excessive documentation to prove that I had returned to my country of nationality and am no longer eligible under their policy.

After all this, they suddenly demanded payment for the first three months of this new, unsigned contract, citing their internal policy and even threatened legal action if I didn’t pay. This is unacceptable and goes against French law. Under Article L.112-9 of the French Insurance Code, I have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of the contract start date, regardless of their internal procedures.

I gathered all relevant evidence and informed them of their legal obligations and since then, they’ve gone completely silent.

This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and dishonest. Stay far away from this company.

Still no access useless

Waste of time

Useless

Despite saying it works on iPad…it doesn’t. It only opens to a graphic screen with no text. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no luck.
On the iPhone it at least takes you to login screen but doesn’t accept login credentials. Try to reset password and it either just gives ‘session expired’ message or says it’s worked but you never receive a reset email.

Hours spent calling support to try to get resolved but so far no progress.
Probably the worst app I’ve tried to use.

Cannot open it just freezes

Awful app for an awful insurance

I have been using this app for the last two years and it’s been a nightmare. First of all, this insurance is never recognized by doctors in the US but the insurance doesn’t even confirm that we are insured. This means that we have to pay almost everything out of pocket and then be reimbursed on the app. We tend to lose money because of the currency exchange. Lastly it’s hard to look at the past claims. Customer support is both unhelpful and take a crazy long time to respond. I can’t express how much I dislike this company.

Almost pointless

The only use of this app is to store your policy number and the contact phone number. Nothing works on it. The previous claims hasn’t been upside since 2021, if you ask for further details it opens a web page with a 500 error. Tried using it to submit a claim and April never got it so I had to email it again, which caused a delay. I’ve tried reloading it but there is no improvement.

Application utile et fonctionnelle mais qui peut présenter quelques failles
* remboursements: chargement de documents autres que des photos de la photothèque
* impossible d aboutir la démarche digitale d entente préalable. Une erreur apparait in fine.

I can login on google but not on the app.

What can I say?

Firstly the app. It’s alright to navigate but crashes a lot.
Secondly the insurance company…
I did a claim and April promised me they will cover it. Now I am receiving warning letters that it will go to debt collectors if it doesn’t get paid till a certain date. Have emailed April and have been ghosted ever since. Thanks for nothing I guess.

Absolutely not Easy

Absolutely not Easy! The links do not work well.
When told that supporting documents are not included it doesn’t explain which documents are actually missing . The Show Details Link goes straight to ERROR 500.
I have uploaded the so called latest version.
This app is terrible.

Useless app

After days of trying to make a claim using the “easy claim” app I can confirm it is not easy at all.
Glitchy, crashing constantly, no function to upload multiple images at once.
If you are lucky enough to get to the point of making a “easy” claim it gives you an error message and then says your submission was not accepted… with no reason or explain and all the uploading and effort you just went through disappears.

Honestly very disappointing, one of the reasons I chose April was because of their claims to be able to easily make claims when needed. Even 1 star is too much for this review.

Dégradé sur iOS

Est buggée sur iOS 14.1.

Impossible d’obtenir une téléconférence.
L’application n’arrive pas à ouvrir un client mail(alors qu’il est définit).
Dans ces temps difficile ça revient à ne pas pouvoir consulte...

Inutilisable

Même lors de passé et identifiant.
Pourtant je ne peut me connecter avec l’application. Seulement sur le navigateur web. (Afficher le lots de passe me permet de rester bouche B devant l’incohérence)

Wonderfully easy to use - much easier than filling in a form!

Allow PDF’s to be submitted

Please enhance the ap to allow other docs to uploaded, not just JPG’s.

Worst app!!!

Unfortunately used this app once and it’s the last time I use it. Terribly conceived and no instructions given.
The worst is you still have to send in your originals after sending the photos from the app.
What’s the point of having an app to expedite things if your claim will not be processed until they receive the originals.

I could go on about further details about the app itself, but I will leave it at that.

Very unhappy.

I can see why my broker said she never used it!!!

Ils veulent pas te rembourser

Je paye 70€ par mois et on me demande un peut tout et n’importe quoi à chaque fois que je refais ma demande j’ai été hospitalisé en urgence pour une plaie ouverte au Québec voilà mnt 4 mois que je recommence sans cesse !! je ne recommande pas cette assurance de charlatans
